Chapter 120: The Masked Man Appears Again
As the taxi Ye Feng was in neared the airport, he changed the detector’s setting from targeting individual figures to scanning a wider area around Count Dracula’s manor. The moment he made the change, a yellow dot appeared in the detection range, rapidly approaching the manor.
“Could it be Dracula?” Ye Feng immediately conducted a separate scan of that target.

While obtaining the opponent’s combat stats, Ye Feng also saw their attire—a long black robe covering their entire body, with a hood covering their head. Beneath the hood, occasionally lifted by the wind, was a silver metal mask…
“That’s the killer’s outfit…” Ye Feng recognized it at once. He immediately shouted at the driver, “Turn around! Go back to where I got in!”
“But we just arrived at the airport…” The driver was puzzled.
“I’ll pay you triple—turn around now!” Ye Feng said without hesitation.
After hesitating for a while, the driver finally nodded. “Alright, triple as you said. But don’t try to cheat me later!”
…
Meanwhile, another scene was unfolding in Dracula’s castle.
“Who are you? This is Count Dracula’s private territory! You…” Edward could clearly sense the immense pressure emanating from the other person. He knew full well that the masked man before him was no less powerful than Dracula.
“Tell me honestly—what did Ye Feng tell you??” The masked man demanded mercilessly. “I want you to tell me everything word for word!”
“Who are you? What right do you have to speak to us noble vampires in such a tone?” The woman beside Edward growled, charging at him.
“I don’t see anything noble about either of you…” Before she could finish speaking, the reckless woman was already captured by the masked man.
“Let her go!” Edward dared not move, seeing the woman in the other man’s grasp.
“Tell me—what’s Ye Feng doing here? What did he tell you?” The masked man grabbed the woman by the throat. “Speak, or I’ll kill her!”
“He said he was a friend of Count Nikola and had come to see the count. As for what exactly, he refused to tell us…” Faced with such threats, Edward had no choice but to compromise. “All the topics he mentioned were related to the count. Now that the count is not here, he must be on his way back to his country.”
“Are you sure you haven’t missed anything?” The masked man was clearly not satisfied with Edward’s answer. He tightened his grip on the hostage’s throat even more.
“I’m sure everything I said is true; there’s nothing hidden…” Edward waved his hands frantically, his eyes fixed anxiously on the female vampire.
“Very well!” A faint sound of bones breaking echoed in the empty room—crack… The female vampire, who had been crying in pain, had her head torn off. The masked man smirked eerily, staring intently at Edward as he pulled her hair and ripped her head off. Bright red blood sprayed from her severed neck, staining the entire carpet.
“No… Angel…” Edward watched in agony as this happened right before his eyes, collapsing helplessly to the ground.
“Since you love her so much, then… go be with her… She won’t be alone anymore…” A whisper came from behind Edward. He tried to stand up but found himself unable to move.
He saw a hand pierce through his chest. In the blood-stained palm was a beating heart. Only then did pain shoot through his chest.
He stared wide-eyed at the heart in the hand, then tried to lower his head to look at his left chest. After confirming it was his own heart, he let out a mournful scream: “No!!!”
“Oh, I hate it when people say no to me!” A gentle voice came to Edward’s ears. Then he saw the palm squeeze his heart into a mass of flesh. Everything went dark before his eyes, and he collapsed straight backward.
“It seems a bit overdone…” The masked man pulled back his left hand, grabbed a tissue from the table nearby, wiped the blood off his hand, and threw it into the trash can. “It doesn’t seem like Ye Feng’s style, but it doesn’t matter. After all, there were so many witnesses who saw him enter earlier… If it weren’t for that old man from Wudang, I’m sure everyone would have informed the entire Chinese cultivation community as soon as they learned about that massacre, and issued a warrant for Long Tian and Ye Feng’s arrest. Jiang is truly experienced—that old fellow went straight to Ye Feng right away…”
“This time, Ye Feng, it seems inevitable that your encounter with Dracula will turn into a fight. After all, Edward is the man who raised him since childhood… Gahahaha…” The masked man muttered to himself while standing there…
…
Watching the two vampire viscounts suddenly disappear from the detector and the masked man speeding off in another direction, Ye Feng felt extremely frustrated. The taxi was still less than halfway there. He had no way of catching up with that masked man. He shook his head helplessly and decided to go check how those two viscounts were killed, hoping to find some clues.
