Chapter 10: Zi Huai Villa (Part 1)

Two people appeared suddenly. Upon seeing them, Li Ran and the others couldn’t help but laugh—it was the two Secret Clan experts who had fled earlier, Sheya Jita and Sheya Bana.
As soon as they showed themselves, Guo Shier immediately rushed at them. Frightened, Sheya Jita and Sheya Bana cried out, “Stop! Stop! We mean no harm…”
Guo Shier had already slapped them, and upon hearing their words, he swiftly fired a rune. The enlarged rune-hand turned abruptly and flew past them, smashing into a nearby shop with a loud crash. The entire street shook as the metal shop was reduced to pieces, sending smoke billowing into the air and shattered metal scattering across the street with clanging sounds.
Sheya Jita and Sheya Bana were stunned, too terrified to speak, as if they had gone dumb. Guo Shier shouted, “Hey, stop standing there like idiots… Damn it, if we really fought, you two would be dead already!” He despised them; no matter how many such Secret Clan experts showed up, he wouldn’t care—they were just here to die. A quick test showed that these two had pitifully little combat experience.
Qi Wu Zhen said with a smile, “There’s no need to use such weak invisibility tricks—it’s embarrassing!”
In fact, anyone present could detect these sneaky guys by sensing their soul fluctuations, but since they showed no threatening behavior, they were ignored. Qi Wu Zhen spoke up only because the two kept following them, annoying and insulting her.
Guo Shier asked cheerfully, “Are you here to demand something?”
Sheya Jita replied, “No, no… We… we’re here to help you…” He managed to utter those words with great difficulty.
Guo Shier was surprised. “Huh? Help us? How?” He found it strange—were the Secret Clan people that foolish? After having their things stolen, they still came to help others? He couldn’t figure out their intentions.
Sheya Bana added, “Yes, yes… We’re here to help you. Hehe, hehehe… You want to raid the warehouse? We know a place with ten times… ten times more wealth than ours! And many rare items too…”
Ten times more wealth didn’t interest Guo Shier, but the mention of rare items piqued his curiosity. He couldn’t help but ask, “I don’t understand—why would you help us?”

Sheyabana said, “That’s a Secret Clan’s warehouse. Hehe, if you rob it… give us a share too…”
Guo Shier understood immediately and said, “Oh… I see. You also want to rob it, but you don’t dare to do it yourselves, so you want us to go. Hehe, smart plan—creating one more enemy for us… Hehe.”
Sheyabana hurriedly explained, “No, it’s not… I didn’t mean that…”
Guo Shier smiled and said, “I don’t care whether that’s what you meant or not. All I care about is whether there are any rare items. If there are… why not give you a share? Big brother, Sister Zhen, master, what do you think?”
Li Ran said, “No problem. I’m in favor.”
Qi Wuzhen nodded. Kuumu only said one word: “Rob!” He was always very sparing with words. Monier laughed heartily beside them, finding it amusing.
Guo Shier said, “Alright, it’s settled! Sheyajita, Sheyabana, since we’re giving you a share, if you encounter the guards, you can’t just stand by.” He simply dragged them into it as well.
Sheyajita and Sheyabana didn’t dare refuse and quickly said, “Yes, yes, we’ll help too. Hehe, but our strength is limited, so our help might not be much. Please forgive us, lords.”
Guo Shier smiled and stepped forward, patting Sheyajita and Sheyabana on the shoulders. “If they’re top experts, leave them to us. If their strength is about the same as yours, hehe, then let you handle them!”
Sheyajita and Sheyabana inwardly groaned in frustration. They certainly knew what kind of people guarded warehouses like this—there could be no top experts; everyone’s strength was roughly the same. Those top or super experts were the Secret Clan’s strategic weapons, treated like ancestors. How could they be guarding warehouses?
“Yes, yes…”
They could only agree, not daring to say anything else. Everyone found it funny. These two clearly had ulterior motives, probably here to spy, but they ended up trapped by Guo Shier, which would cause them a lot of trouble.
Li Ran said calmly, “Alright, lead the way. Don’t worry… you’ll get your share.”
Sheyabana wore a bitter smile, while Sheyajita forced himself to say, “Follow me…”
Everyone laughed as they flew after the two.

The entire city was as if the end of the world had arrived. Everyone who saw them reacted the same way—immediately fleeing into the distance, trying to get as far away as possible. This made Sheyajita and Sheyabana even more alarmed; such an exaggerated reaction was unbelievable, as if all the defeated soldiers and guards in the city recognized them and fled in panic as if they’d seen a ghost.

The group followed the two outside the city. Guo Shier asked, “Isn’t the warehouse inside the city?”

Sheyabana replied, “No, it’s a hundred miles outside, in a villa there…”

Bu Ruobugong was shocked and quickly asked, “You… are you talking about… that mysterious Zihui Villa?”

Sheyabana said, “That’s exactly it!”

Bu Ruobugong immediately thought of escaping. In horror, he said, “You… how dare you go there?”

Sheyabana gave a bitter smile. He had mentioned that warehouse on purpose to bring trouble to these people, but Guo Shier saw through him and dragged them both into it. Now, he had no choice but to go—it would be suicide. He said, “The warehouse there… is the largest and most valuable of all…”

Bu Ruobugong hated these two deeply. He didn’t dare provoke the powerful Secret Clan. If he offended the United Spirit Kingdom, he might still have a chance to survive, but offending the Secret Clan meant certain death. He knew well the methods and abilities of the Secret Clan. Though he wasn’t one of them, he understood many things about them. Cold sweat immediately broke out on his forehead.

In fact, Sheyajita and Sheyabana were also holding on tough. Gritting their teeth, they led the group forward, hoping that these people could kill everyone in the Zihui Villa, giving them a sliver of hope. At this point, they even hoped these people were true Hidden Clan experts, because the Hidden Clan experts always destroyed everything and erased all traces.

They had no idea that these people before them were not Hidden Clan members at all, but people from a small world that had come from the Star Sacrifice. But if they said Guo Shier and the others were Hidden Clan members, it could hold up—after all, they could be considered true Hidden Clan members since they had never appeared in this world before.

Soon, a forest appeared ahead. Sheyabana said, “The Zihui Villa is inside, along with the warehouse… Hehe.” He forced a smile, his voice filled with bitterness.

Guo Shier said cheerfully, “Great. Keep leading the way. We’ll charge in right away.”

At this point, Li Ran and the others no longer cared about offending another member of the Secret Race—they were already enemies of almost the entire world. For some reason, ever since they emerged through the passage, they had been filled with a fighting spirit, craving battles and conflicts. The group was trying their best to control these emotions, but the urge to fight surged as soon as they heard of an opponent.
Li Ran and Qi Wu Zhen said in unison, “We hope to encounter a decent enemy this time.”
Bu Ruo Bu Gong, She Ya Ji Ta, and She Ya Ba Na were dizzy hearing this. They didn’t understand why these people were so aggressive, unafraid of offending a seventh-level star nation or even a true member of the Secret Race. Each of them sighed inwardly but dared not slack off, knowing that with the opponents’ strength, killing them would be effortless—just a single punch would suffice.
Zihui Villa was famous in Lu City. It often hosted gatherings, and only the truly wealthy, high-ranking officials, and members of the Secret Race could enter. Receiving an invitation from Zihui Villa was a great honor.
The villa’s combat strength was also formidable. Once, a man in armed gear tried to break in but was killed by a master fighter who carried no weapons at all, tearing that heavily armed man to pieces with his bare hands.
On Lie Wen Star, Zihui Villa was a forbidden area. Without an invitation, no one dared to go there. Ordinary people had no idea it was a stronghold of the Secret Race; only the wealthy, high-ranking officials, and other Secret Race members knew about it.
There was a simple wall, two open gates, and a few guards standing lazily at the entrance, all unarmed. They were discussing the chaos in Lu City, seemingly indifferent, believing that even if Lu City were destroyed, it wouldn’t affect them. So when they saw Li Ran and the others, they were clearly stunned.
Soon, the guards regained their composure and shouted, “This is Zihui Villa. If you don’t have an invitation, please leave immediately.” Their tone was polite.
Guo Shier smiled and said, “Is this Zihui Villa? It’s not that great. Sorry, we don’t have an invitation, but we still want to go in!”

The guards were instantly furious—someone dared to come here and provoke them; it was unbelievable. One of them whispered, “Should we sound the alarm?” He was clearly a newcomer, and one of his companions slapped the back of his head and scolded, “Idiot, do we need to sound the alarm? Go deal with them and capture them alive! I…” Before he could finish speaking, Cereslin rushed over.

Cereslin had long wanted to fight; she needed to get used to her enhanced strength, and combat was the best way. Among these guards, only one was from the Secret Clan; the rest were subordinate fighters trained by the Secret Clan. Their strength was much greater than that of ordinary people, but against a master like Cereslin, they had no chance of winning. Even when Cereslin was still part of the Blade Clan, her strength far surpassed theirs, not to mention after her rapid advancement that saw her power soar even further.

With a few crackling sounds, those men collapsed to the ground, convulsing and spitting blood. Cereslin didn’t go too far—she only disabled them. She said, “They’re too weak. It’s boring to fight them. Twelve, I didn’t kill them. Maybe you have some questions. Hehe, they should still be able to answer.”
