Currently, Donald can only exert strength comparable to that of a lower-tier god and possess similar divine powers within his own kingdom. Outside, he can only rely on his divine strength to invoke the power of laws, which puts him at a significant disadvantage compared to new gods who rely on faith. Yet, his divine body can generate divine power through its own divine fire and the divine kingdom, reducing its dependence on the strength of believers. Moreover, his true divine body is several times stronger than that of faith-based gods, thus balancing the strength between the two types of true gods.
This is the first difference between a Rule God and a faith-based god after igniting their divine fire. A faith-based god needs to consolidate their divine domains and gain rule powers to become a new god, whereas a Rule God must first create a rudimentary form of a divine kingdom before obtaining a divine essence and joining the ranks of new gods.
The two are somewhat similar to the distinction between development at the microscopic and macroscopic levels in past lives—one from within outward, the other from outward inward. Although they ultimately lead to the same outcome, there are clear differences in the early and middle stages.
“Creating a divine kingdom is indeed not something a poor god can casually undertake. Just stabilizing space and establishing its rules consumed tens of thousands of drops of my divine power that I had accumulated before becoming a demigod! And even with the help of the Book of Truth, I managed to save at least two-thirds of that energy!
