Chapter 161: Lilith’s Witch Side

An afternoon passed in no time, and before long, dusk arrived. After chatting all afternoon, the group began to feel tired. What really surprised Rod during this time was not Sognar’s lecherous behavior but Lilith’s personality.
Normally, she didn’t seem talkative at all. Rod had always thought she was cold-hearted and even wondered if such a beautiful woman could be sexually indifferent. But this afternoon opened his eyes and gave him a new understanding of Lilith.
He smiled wryly inwardly. It was hard to imagine that a woman like Lilith was actually the typical type who kept things to herself. She usually didn’t speak much, but once she started talking, her words flowed like an endless river.
Most of the time, Rod and Sognar acted as listeners, watching Lilith talk animatedly while they could only exchange wry smiles. Perhaps even Sognar hadn’t noticed this side of Lilith’s personality.
But it was good in a way. The fact that she showed this side meant she had accepted them as her best friends; otherwise, she would have maintained her icy demeanor like an iceberg to outsiders.
“Ahem, um… I have something to do tonight. I’m going out for a while. If Lucy arrives, tell her to wait a bit—I’ll be back soon!” Seeing that it was almost time, with the sun setting and the sky covered in rosy hues, creating a beautiful scene of golden light and crimson skies, Rod quickly spoke up as he watched Lilith and Sognar get ready to leave.
“Huh? What’s wrong with you? What could be more important than a beautiful girl coming to you?” Sognar asked, puzzled, as he pulled back Rod who was trying to leave.
“It’s… just a personal matter. Hehe, Lucy will understand. I’ll be back right away!” Rod said, trying to break free from Sognar’s grip and leave as soon as possible. His scalp tingled at that moment.
Especially when he saw Lilith’s half-smiling expression beside Sognar, his heart skipped a beat. He thought to himself that things were bad—women’s sixth sense was indeed sharp. Rod guessed that this girl had seen through his thoughts.

“Hehe, why in such a hurry, little one? Your sister is right here. Don’t worry, stay. What’s so urgent that it needs to be dealt with right now? There’s time tomorrow, right? We’ll have dinner together tonight—several beauties are coming too. Won’t you cherish such a good opportunity?” As expected, before Rod could react, Lilith stepped forward with that unsettling smile, leaning against him and coquettishly asking. Her flexible body, combined with the hot autumn weather and thin clothing, allowed Rod to clearly feel her supple skin and full figure upon contact. The warmth spread instantly throughout his body, causing him great discomfort. He was a man, a man in the prime of his life, while Lilith was a beauty, an extremely beautiful one—how could he resist such temptation? “Witch,” he cursed inwardly. “Not much better than a nightingale. The only difference is I’ve already established a relationship with a nightingale, while my relationship with her is unclear! It’s impossible.” “Cough, cough… Um, sister… can you please back off? I already have a wife. Is this considered harassing an honest man?” They were quite familiar with each other, so their speech became more casual and bold. Rod said it half-jokingly. “Oh… you’re already dismissing your sister? What, do you think I’m not good enough for you? I don’t mind you having other women—maybe even Lucy, Ada, and Eileen too. Wouldn’t it be great if we formed your harem? Aren’t all men into that?” Rod’s words didn’t make Lilith move away; instead, she got even closer, almost hanging on him, speaking in a sultry tone that was likely unbearable for any man. A strange scene unfolded: a stunning beauty clinging to a man like a koala, while the man looked embarrassed and distressed, as if stuck to some disgusting clay. Next to him, another rough and bold man strangely held the man’s hand, easily leading to the mistaken impression that a man and a woman were fighting over him, creating a bizarre struggle. “Damn it… Sister, stop teasing me!” Rod pleaded bitterly. There was no denying that Lilith had a great figure and was beautiful, but the thought of her dragon form made him feel sick.

Not to mention that Lilith had lived for at least a thousand years—already a monstrous figure in Rod’s eyes—just thinking about the dragon’s massive size and appearance, imagining a giant female tyrannosaurus clinging to him, filled Rod with terror and caused him to sweat profusely.

Beside Rod, Sognar had already let go of his hand. Watching Rod’s pained expression, he struggled to hold back laughter, his face turning red as he wore a strange look. Turning to look at Lilith’s terrifying demeanor, he couldn’t help but shudder. Everyone knew of Lilith’s violent temper—who would have imagined that this was the very Lilith, the witch known throughout the dragon race for her extreme violence? He secretly rejoiced that it wasn’t him she was holding, and Sognar breathed a sigh of relief while praying for Rod. Such a beauty was beyond what ordinary people could handle.

“Miss… sister… beautiful lady, please, spare me! I still want to live a few more years!” Feeling Lilith hold him tighter, Rod pleaded desperately. At that moment, feeling her full breasts pressed against his arms, the softness made his thoughts wander.

Sognar’s face turned red as he pinched his own flesh hard to prevent himself from laughing. His expression kept changing, until finally, he couldn’t bear it any longer and turned to laugh heartily. His laughter echoed throughout the entire mansion.

But in less than a moment, it fell silent. He slowly turned around, “Cough cough… um… you guys go on. I… I’ll leave first…” Looking at the figure who had left Rod’s body and was now staring coldly at him, Sognar muttered in frustration before trying to run outside.

“Come back! What? Am I ugly or something? Is it that funny?” Lilith asked, each word emphasized. Sognar’s face grew paler by the moment. He hadn’t forgotten Lilith’s terrifying reputation or her cold, merciless violent side. He could no longer laugh; his face was filled with agony. He cursed himself silently for laughing earlier—now he was in trouble. Sognar regretted everything.

“No… really not, my dear lady, my good sister, truly not. You are so beautiful and charming, so elegant and graceful, so kind and virtuous—how could you be ugly or funny? Who said that? Tell me, and I’ll fight that person first!” Sognar used every compliment he knew to describe Lilith, forcing himself to suppress his nausea and shouting loudly with an air of grandeur.

He clenched his fists as if ready to fight, eyes wide open, delivering such a convincing performance that even Rod had to give him a perfect score.

At this point, Rod had escaped the awkward situation earlier. Watching Sognar, who had previously stood by without helping, suffer now filled him with joy. Time for this guy to pay for staying out of it earlier.

“Am I really that good?”

“Really!” Sognar nodded vigorously to confirm his words.

“Then why do I feel like you’re scared of me? Am I that fierce?” Lilith pressed on relentlessly.

“No, not at all. Who said that? I’ll fight him! Sister, you’re so gentle—you’re definitely the goddess in every man’s heart, the dream lover of everyone!” With a heroic expression, Sognar patted his chest, his face utterly serious.

Rod tried hard to hold back his laughter, fearing it might provoke more trouble. He thought to himself that the two of them acted so similarly—it seemed they might have received professional training. On Earth, they would have no problem winning an Oscar.

“Just a dream lover? Can’t I be one in reality? Do you look down on me?” With a cold gaze, Lilith stepped closer and asked in a frosty tone.

Sognar’s face twisted in pain, as if undergoing torture. He was at a loss for words—how could he still be caught in such a situation? “Um… big sister, please stop teasing me, okay? I beg you, really, stop it. You’re the kind of person everyone loves—men fall in love at the sight of you! Who wouldn’t like you? Saying you’re someone else’s dream lover is because those people can’t reach you and can only dream about it. They don’t deserve it, right?” Then Sognar spoke seriously.

“Hmm, that’s better. Fine, I’ll stop teasing you. So, Rod, are you still leaving?” She turned her gaze to Rod, who was enjoying the situation, instantly making his face twist in pain. He didn’t know what more this little witch would do to him.

“Well… I, I really have something to do…” I can’t possibly say that I’m avoiding them because I’m afraid of those two witches, Aida and Eileen. Otherwise, Sognar that jerk will laugh me to death.
