Chapter 0743: The Harsch Family

Huang Long pointed at his forehead with both hands, activating his Heavenly Eye. A beam of golden light flashed toward the bottom of the mountain range before disappearing. However, as soon as Huang Long’s Heavenly Eye penetrated the depths of the mountain range, it was repelled by a restraining force. In the dim light, Huang Long could only see a massive ball of fire deep within the mountains.
That terrifying aura and fire-based power emanated from that huge ball of fire.
“Let’s leave first!” said Huang Long.
Although the enemy was trapped beneath these mountains, they were still half-saint-level warriors. If they went berserk and used secret techniques to attack, they would still pose a danger.
But now, they seemed to be in some other space rather than the Hongmeng Realm, so they needed to find an exit from this alternate space.
Huang Long spread his divine sense and soon located the exit from this alternate space. He and the others rushed out through it.
After emerging from the alternate space, Huang Long and his companions breathed a sigh of relief.
Yet when Huang Long tried to use his divine sense again to locate the space, he could no longer detect it. Huoyang also frowned, clearly sharing the same concern as Huang Long.
“It’s gone?!” Huang Long’s eyes flickered as he fell into deep thought.
The gods possessed the ability to create alternate spaces, but due to differences in their strength and understanding of the laws, the spaces they created varied. Some alternate spaces remained stationary, while others could drift around, not fixed in one place. The alternate space they had accidentally entered earlier must have been one of those movable spaces.
At that moment, Huang Long remembered the Cambrian Sacred Beasts from the seventh layer of the Xuanhuang River’s Cambrian Abyss. Those Cambrian Sacred Beasts were also half-saint-level warriors, yet they were trapped in the Cambrian Abyss. With their strength, only a Saint King could imprison them.
But why would a Saint King lock them up? Were there any connections between them? Or was it the same person who trapped them?!
Finally, unable to sense the existence of the alternate space, Huang Long and his companions had no choice but to leave and continue on their way to Harsch’s main city.
Harsch’s main city was located at the westernmost tip of the Hongmeng Continent.
The Hongmeng Continent was roughly the same size as the entire Chaos Divine Realm. By the time Huang Long and his companions arrived at Harsch’s main city, over a month had passed.
Over a month later, they arrived above a sea area at the western end of the Hongmeng Continent. This sea area was known as the Tianyuan Sea and was under the rule of the Harsch Family.

After arriving in the Tianyuan Sea Area, Huang Long and his companions flew toward the center of the sea area. The headquarters of the Harsch family, Harsch Main City, was located on a huge island at the heart of the Tianyuan Sea Area. Although the Tianyuan Sea Area was under the rule of the Harsch family, outsiders were not prohibited from entering, so Huang Long and his group were not stopped by the Harsch family’s guards. It wasn’t long before they landed on that huge island in the center of the Tianyuan Sea Area. The island was quite large; aside from Harsch Main City in the center, there were many palaces and markets elsewhere on the island. After landing, Huang Long and his group headed straight for Harsch Main City. Shortly after, they entered the city. Although the Harsch family was not one of the three thousand races in the Hongmeng world, it held a high status there. In terms of strength, it was even greater than some of the lower-ranked Hongmeng races. Thus, Harsch Main City was bustling with powerful individuals from various races. A family’s main city could, to some extent, reflect its status. Huang Long walked along the streets of Harsch Main City, moving with the crowd. Though he was a supreme divine warrior, Huang Yi, being a girl, couldn’t help but get excited by the new things around her and played as she walked. Seeing this, Huang Long shook his head but didn’t stop her, allowing her to do as she wished. Just as they were walking with the crowd, suddenly, chaos erupted among the people ahead, followed by screams and confusion. Sounds of fighting could be heard from ahead. Huang Long was stunned; he hadn’t expected anyone to dare fight in Harsch Main City. In the blink of an eye, the crowd in front of him had fled, fearing they might get caught in the crossfire. As they ran away, the two fighters rushed toward them. Huang Long took a closer look and saw that the two people ahead were a young man and woman, likely lovers or siblings, while those chasing them were a dozen or so members of the Harsch family dressed in their family’s attire. Then Huang Long realized why someone dared to fight in Harsch Main City—it seemed the Harsch family members had started the fight. Since Huang Long and his group didn’t hide like other pedestrians and stood in the middle of the street, they stood out sharply. “Please, save us!” The young man and woman, being chased by the Harsch family members, suddenly turned to Huang Long and his group and begged for help. After saying that, they flew toward them.

“Save them? In the capital of Halsh, I doubt anyone dares to save you!” snapped a middle-aged man who seemed to be the leader among the Halsh clan members at the front.
Just as the middle-aged man spoke, the young man and woman landed beside Huang Long and his companions.
“Hmph, attack!” ordered the Halsh clan member upon seeing this.
Without hesitation, the dozen or so clan members drew their divine weapons and launched attacks at the young couple—dozens of sword and blade energies streaked through the air.
However, these attacks also covered Huang Long and his group. It seemed the Halsh clan members intended to kill all these troublesome people on the spot.
Seeing those sword and blade energies rushing toward them, Huang Long, who had initially wanted to ignore the situation, narrowed his eyes with a cold glint.
Huang Long didn’t move, nor did the Fire Sun Divine King. It was the rogue dragon Zerom who acted—raising its dragon leg and kicking out under the strange gazes of everyone present and the young couple.
That kick revealed the extraordinary strength of the rogue dragon’s leg; the sword and blade energies vanished instantly.
The dozen Halsh clan members, seeing their attacks vanish without explanation, hadn’t even reacted when the rogue dragon’s leg struck them, sending out muffled screams as they were flung backward and crashed into the buildings on the street.
But the rogue dragon didn’t intend to kill them, so the kick only left them severely injured.
Watching the dozen Halsh clan members fall to the ground, the young couple and everyone else were stunned, staring in disbelief at Huang Long and his group.
After a while, the Halsh clan members struggled to get up, trembling and filled with anger and shock as they glared at Huang Long and his group.
“How dare you attack us?!” shouted the middle-aged leader, pointing at them angrily.
