Chapter 0010: Complete Submission

The Cave Dragon and the Golden-Eyed Purple Ape instantly widened their eyes, staring dumbfounded at the child-like figure before them. After a moment, they both burst into hoarse laughter.
“Human child, what did you say? Save us? I must be hearing wrong, right?” The Cave Dragon panted heavily, his eyes filled with mockery.
Their life force was fading rapidly. If a powerful being from the Divine Realm had said such things, they might have believed it. But this little brat? It seemed like the funniest joke they would hear before dying.
“Hehe, little brat, are you making jokes at our expense because we’re about to die? Even though we’re dying now, just know that we could crush you into powder with just the slightest movement of our fingers.” The Golden-Eyed Purple Ape grew furious, a trace of wildness flashing in its bell-sized eyes.
Ignoring their words, the Yellow Dragon calmly said, “Let’s make a bet. If I can save you, you’ll become my magical pets.”
“Magical pets? Impossible!” the two beasts roared in unison.
The Golden-Eyed Purple Ape, enraged, raised its massive arm to swat the human child to death.
A joke! For it, a mighty magical beast from the Sacred Realm, to become a magical pet for a human child? It was better to die outright.
Its arm swept through the air. To its surprise, however, the human child didn’t fly backward in a pool of blood—it simply disappeared.
Gone! Even the Cave Dragon beside it was stunned.
“What? Are you too scared? Afraid of losing?”
Then, following the sound, they saw the human child standing in midair.
Their eyes widened in horror as they exclaimed, “A powerful being from the Sacred Realm!”
Standing in the air and flying were symbols of those powerful beings from the Sacred Realm.
How could this be possible? That thought flashed through their minds simultaneously. They couldn’t believe it—when had humans become so powerful? A mere child was already a powerful being from the Sacred Realm? Had all their thousands of years of cultivation been wasted on those Pig Gong Beasts?
Standing in the air, the Yellow Dragon remained silent to their exclamations.
“Of course, I understand if you’re too cowardly to take the bet.”
“But after you die, imagine your bodies becoming food for other eighth- and ninth-tier magical beasts, torn to pieces. Even before you die, you might already be food for those beasts.”
“A few ninth-tier magical beasts are already approaching this area.”
The Yellow Dragon’s words struck deep into the hearts of the two weakened beasts, whose expressions grew increasingly grim.

They knew full well that this human child was telling the truth. Now, they sensed several ninth-tier magical beasts approaching cautiously in their direction. Their flesh and magical cores would be an excellent nourishment for these ninth-tier beasts. The yellow dragon stood in mid-air, observing the two beasts calmly, believing that unless they were extremely foolish or stupid, they should know what to do. At the same time, the yellow dragon felt frustrated. In his past life, hadn’t every immortal beast on Erxian Mountain dreamed of becoming his mount? Any one of them would be far stronger than these two giants. It was surprising that in this life, he had to spend so much effort to get two magical pets—this only heightened his desire to restore his strength. If only he had the power of the Tribulation Phase now; he wouldn’t need to go through all this trouble. If they refused to obey, he could simply fight them until they did. “Alright, as long as you can save me, I’ll become your magical pet!” The subterranean dragon finally nodded. Seeing this, the golden-eyed purple ape also nodded in agreement. “Good, then swear an oath,” said the yellow dragon. The two beasts had originally had some ulterior motives, but now they had no choice but to swear. “I, Piel Endi, swear by the name of the God of War that if this human child can save me, I am willing to become his magical pet and follow him forever!” After the two beasts swore, the yellow dragon channeled his innate true energy, exhaled, and a sphere of innate essence enveloped them. As the light surrounded them, they were surprised to find that the vitality that had vanished from their bodies was slowly returning. The burned half of the subterranean dragon’s body grew new flesh at a visible speed, and its old scars fell off. The same happened to the blood-soaked arms of the golden-eyed purple ape. Soon, outwardly, the two beasts looked no different from before the battle. When the yellow dragon stopped, he was exhausted and dizzy. He quickly swallowed another “Revitalization Pill” before his condition improved slightly. The two beasts were severely injured, forcing the yellow dragon to use his own true energy to restore their vitality. Even so, it would take some time for them to regain their previous strength. But thankfully, all their efforts hadn’t been in vain—the two beasts had been saved. The subterranean dragon and the golden-eyed purple ape approached the yellow dragon, looking at this human child with complex expressions. Although they still reluctantly wanted to avoid becoming the pets of a “little kid,” they had already sworn by the name of the God of War and could no longer back out. Now, they had no choice but to accept reality.

Upon arriving in front of the Yellow Dragon, they transformed—their mountain-sized bodies shrinking gradually until they became miniature “Crawling Dragons” and “Little Monkeys”. These were Sacred Realm magical beasts capable of speaking human language and shrinking at will. However, what puzzled them next was that their young master hadn’t formed a blood pact with them. Instead, he took out two golden rings and threw them at them. The rings then sank into the middle of their foreheads, entering their mental spaces. A strange connection formed between their souls and their young master. What was going on? They were confused. “These are Soul Beast Rings. If you ever turn traitorous, with just a thought from me, your souls will be shattered,” the Yellow Dragon explained, dispelling their doubts. The two beasts’ eyes trembled in shock. “Of course, if you follow me from now on, I won’t let you suffer. If you satisfy me, I’ll help you evolve to the divine realm,” the Yellow Dragon added calmly. Their eyes then lit up. Evolve to the legendary divine realm?! By the Light God, could they really reach that level? Their hearts trembled as their gaze toward their young master changed repeatedly, becoming increasingly bright. Without wasting time, the Yellow Dragon took out two “Revitalization Pills” and stuffed them into their mouths. As soon as the pills entered their mouths, they turned into streams of warmth that flowed throughout their bodies. To their surprise, their cultivation levels had recovered significantly, and their magic power and combat energy had become much purer. Their eyes shone brightly again. To the Yellow Dragon’s astonishment, the miniature Cave Dragon, Piel, then reached out with its tongue to lick his hand affectionately, wagging its long tail—resembling a poodle. Through a combination of kindness and threat, the two Sacred Realm magical beasts completely submitted. “Good, let’s go back,” said the Yellow Dragon cheerfully. This trip had been worthwhile—he had captured two Sacred Realm magical pets, giving him some foundation in this world. After all, not even one of the four major families of the Land of Tong Kingdom, like the Huang family, had a Sacred Realm powerhouse. Sacred Realm powerhouses were extremely rare; even some small kingdoms didn’t have any in their palaces. Although there was only a one-level difference between the Sacred Realm and level nine, the difference in strength was worlds apart!
