Chapter 10: Soul Body People’s Self-Destruction

The two soul body people, seeing the fourteen alliance leaders flying toward them with the intent to surround and kill them together, grew fearful.
After all, even when facing fourteen powerful beings at the Upper Heavenly Soul Immortal level, the two soul body people hadn’t managed to harm a single one. This made the fourteen alliance leaders realize that by working together, it was quite possible to kill these two soul body people.
“Do you still want to fight us?” the taller soul body person shouted harshly.

A smile appeared on each alliance leader’s lips as they felt confident about killing these two soul body people.
The two soul body people knew clearly that their only option now was to fight to the death; it was impossible to scare these fourteen alliance leaders away.
“Since you want a fight, then come at us,” the shorter soul body person said, his body trembling with fighting spirit.
In an instant, the fourteen alliance leaders separated into a semicircle formation. Each pulled out a top-tier Heavenly Soul Immortal-level magical artifact, staring coldly at the two soul body people with murderous intent.
The two soul body people coordinated perfectly. As soon as they spoke, they took off simultaneously and suddenly attacked Sha Xi, the leader of the Water Lake Alliance in the Immortal Realm. At a glance, they understood the situation—among the four leaders of the Immortal Realm, Sha Xi had a poor relationship with the other three, Chang Xin, Ji Qiong, and An Yu, and had always been ostracized by them.
So, the two soul body people naturally chose Sha Xi as their target.

Shou Hai Pan was a divine artifact, obtained by the previous leader of the Water Lake Alliance in the Ruins Realm Divine World, and passed down to Sha Xi after her ascension.

Shaxi had originally wanted to retain some of her strength, but seeing two soul-bodied beings attacking her at once, she dared not hide her abilities—this was a matter of life and death.
“Tianhu Yichu Mi Sikuang!” Shaxi shouted angrily.
Suddenly, the Sea-Receiving Basin expanded, filled with elemental water energy, forming endless blue lakes. Countless aquatic monsters, all in spirit form, swam within these lakes.
The lake water fell from the sky, and those spirit monsters rushed forward to confront the two golden orbs. The golden spirit beings inside the orbs and the aquatic spirit monsters collided in midair, producing thunderous explosions that shook the entire space. Spatial cracks appeared rapidly, devouring all the spirits on both sides.
Shaxi used her divine artifact, the Sea-Receiving Basin, to defend against the attacks of the two soul-bodied beings, then quickly retreated, unwilling to engage them head-on again. The Dragon Emperor appeared at Shaxi’s previous location, his dragon-claw-shaped artifact suddenly growing to thousands of meters in size as it descended from the sky. The massive claw radiated golden elemental energy, with numerous golden dragon spirits clinging to its tips.
This was the Dragon Emperor’s top-tier artifact, Steal Dragon Claw.
Steal Dragon Claw descended from the sky, targeting the taller of the two soul-bodied beings with the force of a falling planet, utterly devastating.
Instantly, the two soul-bodied beings stopped moving and combined their forces to throw another pair of golden orbs, blocking Steal Dragon Claw’s attack. The sky once again became a sea of golden light, illuminating the entire planet.
The shorter soul-bodied being could have left on his own, but he knew that if the taller one died and the fourteen alliance leaders continued to pursue him, he would die even faster. Together, they might have a chance to resist. So, he stayed and fought alongside his companion.
The Dragon Emperor’s single strike already delayed the two soul-bodied beings.

Naturally, the other twelve alliance leaders were also extremely agile; there was no need to hold back. Each of them wielded their own divine artifacts at the Upper Heavenly Soul Immortal level, hurling them from the sky while casting powerful spells at the two soul beings.

As the golden sphere weakened layer by layer and the two soul beings were about to be revealed, the spells jointly cast by the twelve alliance leaders finally completed their attack.

The two soul beings barely managed to withstand it.

At that moment, the fourteen alliance leaders sensed that the aura of the two soul beings had weakened significantly—clearly, this series of battles had greatly depleted their energy.

“Ladies and gentlemen, let’s do it again,” said the Dragon Emperor, excitedly.

All the alliance leaders nodded in agreement.

After blocking another round of combined attacks, the two Soul Body beings saw that the fourteen alliance leaders were still eager to attack together and grew furious.

This cry scared the fourteen alliance leaders, preventing them from attacking immediately.
These were two Soul Body beings—whose strength and mystery were well known to Chang Xin and the other nine alliance leaders who had previously entered the Godly Realm of the Meteoric Domain. They knew they must not push them too hard, as it could lead to mutual destruction.
Yet, the fourteen alliance leaders also didn’t want to let the two Soul Body beings go, especially since they were now weak and seemingly vulnerable.
Killing them would bring great benefits, as Chang Xin and the others knew. It was precisely because of these benefits that their cultivation levels had risen so much.
The situation suddenly reached a stalemate.
“Gentlemen, these two Soul Body beings no longer have the strength to fight. Don’t be afraid—let’s attack together again,” said the Dragon Emperor anxiously.
The two Soul Body beings, capable of killing people, immediately turned their gaze toward the Dragon Emperor.

The fourteen alliance leaders were shocked and hesitant, unsure what those two Soul Body beings were planning.
“Nation Self-Destruction!”
The two Soul Body beings gave their answer, shouting angrily as they flew—attempting to explode their entire bodies.
They had fully mastered the laws of the Metal element. Although their Metal energy was exhausted, they could still harness the Metal energy in the entire space through their souls, creating terrifying power.
The fourteen alliance leaders never expected such a last-ditch move from them. Without hesitation, they retreated, too late to cast any spells.

In the sky, two massive explosions were heard, as two planet-sized golden spheres rapidly expanded outward, affecting the starry sky.
