Chapter 15: The Secret Realm Beneath the Sea

Tiansu Star was ruled by the Electric Eel Clan, the Whirlpool Fish Clan, the Water-Repelling Lobster Clan, and the Sea Rat Clan, who controlled all the marine monsters in the region. The Electric Eel Clan occupied the northern half of the eastern hemisphere, while the Whirlpool Fish Clan occupied the southern half. The Water-Repelling Lobster Clan occupied the northern half of the western hemisphere, and the Sea Rat Clan occupied the southern half.

In the waters controlled by the Whirlpool Fish Clan, there was a perilous place where tens of thousands of sea trenches naturally formed, crisscrossing like a chessboard. Each trench emitted a special kind of spiritual energy that could even corrode a being’s fundamental essence. This place was known as the Secret Realm Beneath the Sea.

However, a Whirlpool Fish of the three-star Tianpo Monster level entered this secret realm, found a safe spot there, and discovered a World Sky Fruit growing there. After reporting the existence of the World Sky Fruit to his clan, he was unable to return to the ocean and died at the hands of the water blades in the secret realm.

In the Secret Realm Beneath the Sea, seawater naturally condensed into countless water blades that slashed in a chaotic and endless manner, possessing terrifying power.

At this moment, four groups arrived at the edge of the secret realm. These four groups consisted of the strongest Tianpo Monster warriors from the Electric Eel Clan, Whirlpool Fish Clan, Water-Repelling Lobster Clan, and Sea Rat Clan—three members from each group, all with cultivation levels above four-star Tianpo Monsters.

The three members of the Electric Eel Clan, after transforming into human form, had different appearances, but each had a lightning symbol on their foreheads. The three members of the Whirlpool Fish Clan had somewhat plump bodies and skin covered in ripples. The three members of the Water-Repelling Lobster Clan were thin but tall, and none of them were touched by seawater, as if they naturally possessed the ability to repel water. The three members of the Sea Rat Clan were short in stature, with their eyes squinted shut.

“Zhuihai, Shuikong, Cangyang, you three have also come,” said the leader of the Electric Eel Clan with a smile.

Zhuihai was the leader of the Whirlpool Fish Clan; Shuikong was the leader of the Water-Repelling Lobster Clan; Cangyang was the leader of the Sea Rat Clan.

“Lei Ling, if you have something to say, just say it directly,” Zhuihai called out impatiently.

Lei Ling was, of course, the leader of the Electric Eel Clan.

These people were the strongest among the four clans and knew each other well, understanding their respective personalities. Naturally, as soon as Lei Ling spoke, the members of the other three clans knew he had something to say.

Lei Ling chuckled and then said, “Everyone, as we all know about this underwater secret realm, it’s formed by thousands of ocean trenches. Apart from the special spiritual energy that corrodes one’s essence, the greatest danger here are the water blades that can appear at any moment. I suggest that our four clans unite and enter the trenches first. Once we find the World Sky Fruit, we can then compete for it based on our own strengths.”

One World Sky Fruit meant that a beast from one’s clan could be elevated to the rank of a one-star Heavenly Soul Beast.

Unite?

Immediately, the leaders of the Chui Hai, Shui Kong, and Cang Yang clans fell silent for a while.

In terms of individual attacks, the Electric Eel Clan’s lightning attacks were the strongest, but they were the slowest swimmers in water. TheWhirlpool Fish Clan Clan, thePing Shui Xiaolong Clan, and thesea cucumber Clan’s strong members were naturally skilled at swimming, yet now they had to help the Electric Eel Clan search for the World Sky Fruit and then compete for it together—this would clearly give the Electric Eel Clan an advantage.

“Lei Ling, you really know how to plan,” the three leaders exclaimed almost simultaneously.

TheWhirlpool Fish Clan Clan, thePing Shui Xiaolong Clan, and thesea cucumber Clan could rival the Electric Eel Clan mainly because of their innate abilities to resist the Electric Eel Clan’s lightning attacks. However, their own offensive power was slightly weaker.

These three clans naturally understood that when competing for the World Sky Fruit, the Electric Eel Clan would have a slight edge, so they definitely couldn’t let them join them in the search.

Lei Ling wasn’t angry. He smiled and said, “All three of you must also understand that in this underwater secret realm, if we don’t unite, we’re likely to be torn to pieces by the water blades here.”

The leaders of theWhirlpool Fish Clan Clan, thePing Shui Xiaolong Clan, and thesea cucumber Clan fell silent again. This was indeed the case—under the relentless attacks of the water blades, none of the four clans was confident they could enter the depths of the realm alone.

“Hehe, if that’s the case, how about we all four clans unite to enter the depths of the realm first, and then go our separate ways to search for the World Sky Fruit?” asked Chui Hai, the leader of theWhirlpool Fish Clan Clan, with a smile.

They would enter the realm together, while searching for the World Sky Fruit, each would rely on their own strength. In this way, not only would the four clans enter the realm together, but they could also avoid fighting over the fruit once they found it.

Shui Kong and Cang Yang lit up upon hearing this and immediately said, “This plan is great. I agree.”

Lei Ling looked slightly displeased, but he also understood that the other three clans were wary of him and wouldn’t join his Electric Eel Clan. So, this compromise was undoubtedly the most practical solution.

“Good, I agree too,” Lei Ling nodded.

At that moment, a tiny grain of sand from the ocean came with the waves and ended up inside the clothes of Chui Hai, the leader of the Whirlpool Fish tribe. Undoubtedly, this grain of sand was the Dimensional Ball.

The Electric Eel tribe, Whirlpool Fish tribe, Water-Clawing Lobster tribe, and Sea Rat tribe gathered together and combined their World Powers to create a miniature planetary projection that enveloped the twelve of them, then flew toward the underwater secret realm. Though small, this miniature planetary projection, containing the World Powers of four Tianpo Monster-level beings, was extremely stable.
The plan of the four tribes was to send one Tianpo Monster expert each to jointly form this planetary projection, enter the underwater secret realm together, and then take turns replacing each other to maintain the projection. With the combined World Powers of four people, the projection could withstand the water blades sweeping in from outside.
Water blades were a special form of attack generated within the underwater secret realm, formed entirely from highly concentrated seawater. Each blade was incredibly powerful, capable of destroying everything in its path.
Whoosh!
A water blade over a hundred meters long rushed toward the planetary projection and struck it. Quickly, the water blade was shattered by the projection and dispersed. Almost simultaneously, more water blades appeared around them, continuing to strike the projection maintained by the four tribes.
“The power of these water blades is truly formidable. Even the planetary projection sustained by us four five-star Tianpo Monster experts is shaken by them,” Lei Ling said in awe.
If the four tribes acted alone, it would be extremely difficult for them to move forward, as merely dealing with these endless water blades would consume a vast amount of their Monster Energy.
“How do these water blades appear? Why are there so many of them? They seem endless. If some monster mastered the secret behind creating water blades, its strength would be terrifying,” Chui Hai of the Whirlpool Fish tribe thought.
Shui Kong and Cang Yang shook their heads.
At that time, Qu Yi inside the Dimensional Ball also sighed repeatedly.
“Instrument God, the water blades in this underwater secret realm are indeed astonishing. One after another, and their power remains always so strong. Even six-star Tianpo Monsters wouldn’t dare enter alone,” Qu Yi said solemnly.
After a while, the Instrument God smiled and said, “This underwater secret realm is entirely formed by ocean trenches. The layout of these trenches resembles a chessboard. At the intersections of each trench, ocean currents converge with equal force, causing the four currents to highly concentrate and generate water blades that can be swung freely within this realm.”
Qu Yi was stunned and finally understood the origin of the water blades.

Immediately, Qu Yi asked in surprise, “Instrument God, how do you know so much about this underwater secret realm? Can your divine perception cover the entire realm?”
The Instrument God turned over and lay on his side, looking at Qu Yi with a smile. “Of course. I am the Instrument God. How could I not sense such a small area? Moreover, I’ve long known the location of that World Sky Fruit Tree. I’ve also noticed that there are already four fruits on it.”
A look of admiration flashed across Qu Yi’s face, and he quickly smiled at the Instrument God, asking, “What attributes do those four fruits have?”
“The Wood Lord, Water Lord, Fire Lord, and Earth Lord can all eat them. There’s no doubt they’ll be able to reach the soul realm of one-star Heavenly Soul Immortals,” the Instrument God said with a smile.
Qu Yi stood up abruptly, visibly excited.
“Instrument God, please tell me the location of that World Sky Fruit Tree right away! I’ll control the Tiny Realm Ball and fly there right now!” Qu Yi exclaimed.
Hearing about the World Sky Fruit Tree, Qu Yi didn’t want to wait any longer. He wanted to go there immediately, pick all four fruits, and have the Wood Lord, Water Lord, Fire Lord, and Earth Lord eat them.
“Don’t rush. If you control the Tiny Realm Ball now, you can’t control its direction. Those endless water blades outside could easily cause it to drift onto the ocean surface,” the Instrument God said with a smile.
Qu Yi bit his lip, realizing the Instrument God was right. It seemed he still needed to rely on the strength of the four clans. Only after they entered the secret realm could he control the Tiny Realm Ball to the World Sky Fruit Tree.
“I’ll endure it. I’ll wait a bit longer,” Qu Yi said, lying back down on the soft chair.

The Electric Eel Clan, Whirlpool Fish Clan, Water-Clawing Lobster Clan, and Sea Rat Clan had been flying within this underwater secret realm for three days.
“Haha, we’ve finally left the area of water blades. We’re now inside the secret realm. Everyone just needs to be careful of that special spiritual energy that corrodes the essence of one’s body,” shouted Lei Ling, the leader of the Electric Eel Clan, happily.
By joining forces, the four clans had finally entered the interior of the underwater secret realm, free from the threat of the relentless water blade attacks.
“Then, we of the four clans should split up now and search for the World Sky Fruit Tree separately,” said Chui Hai from the Whirlpool Fish Clan casually.
“Yes, let’s split up now and rely on our luck to find the World Sky Fruit Tree,” Water Kong and Cang Yang agreed happily.

Lei Ling looked displeased but did not force anything, smiling and saying, “Very well, then let’s rely on luck. However, we of the four clans must stay in touch at all times. Once someone obtains the Jietian Fruit, they must inform the other three clans so that we can join forces again and return to the ocean.”
The captains of Zhui Hai, Shui Kong, and Cang Yang fell silent for a moment before nodding in agreement.
At that very moment, the Cunjie Ball hidden in Zhui Hai’s clothes quietly dropped and flew in a certain direction on its own.
