Chapter 013: The World of Superpowers

“Let’s go back.” Chen Xiao’s hand trembled, and the Star Moon Staff disappeared from his grasp, returning to a corner of the God Lord’s Space.
Although Chen Xiao couldn’t fully control the God Lord’s Space at the moment, he could still use it as a portable pocket to store items, which was extremely convenient.
With a gesture of his hand, the wet marks on Lin Tianchi’s body vanished. The Star Moon Staff contained countless basic techniques for controlling water, and these basic methods were undoubtedly astonishing even in the world of superpowers. After all, they were water-control arts created by the God Lord.
Chen Xiao sensed carefully and found that the faith power obtained from Lin Tianchi had merged into the God Lord’s divine essence. Yet, compared to the divine essence, this faith power was insignificant—at least for now, Chen Xiao hadn’t discovered its true function.
“My god…” Lin Tianchi spoke up to Chen Xiao.
“Stop,” Chen Xiao quickly interrupted him. “Avoid calling me ‘my god.’ From now on, just call me Boss.”
Lin Tianchi thought for a moment and said, “Yes, Boss.”
“Alright, let’s go back.”
With that, Chen Xiao walked over to the Lamborghini parked not far away.
Once inside the car, Chen Xiao felt a surge of excitement. Every man loved cars, especially ones like the Lamborghini, which held an unparalleled appeal for him.
“Chi Zi, let me try?” Chen Xiao was tempted. Chi Zi was how he referred to Lin Tianchi.

And though I’m just a first-rank supernatural ability user, which is only average, I’m definitely not worthless.”
“I see.” Chen Xiao’s face turned slightly red.
“So you just said that the world of supernatural abilities is another parallel space to ours. Then how do you get to that world?”
“Supernatural ability cards,” Lin Tianchi replied. “In fact, although there are three major forces in the Eastern world of supernatural abilities, at least on the surface, the other two forces respect the Supernatural Ability Association. Every individual who first awakens supernatural abilities in a family must go to the association to gain its recognition and obtain a supernatural ability card that symbolizes their status as a supernatural ability user. With that card, they can freely enter and exit the world of supernatural abilities.”
