Chapter 838: Ignore Them

The Barbaric Immortal Realm, the Witch Tribe’s stronghold.
Outside Tianyin’s residence was a vast open plain; within tens of thousands of feet, there were no other buildings—this was out of respect for the great witch. Although the Witch Tribe didn’t place much emphasis on such things, after all, she was a supreme witch above all others, so it was only fitting that her residence be large.
A milky-white teleportation portal suddenly appeared on the plain outside the house, and Su Che’s figure soon appeared there.
“Tianyin isn’t inside?”
As soon as he arrived, Su Che realized that his fiancée wasn’t there and wondered where she had gone.
“Who’s there?”
A thunderous roar came from not far away—the voices of the Witch Tribe’s guards were truly terrifying.
Su Che didn’t respond. With a whoosh, he transformed into a giant over two thousand feet tall, twice as tall as ordinary Witch Tribe warriors. Yet, he still retained the graceful demeanor typical of immortals, lacking the roughness and savagery characteristic of the Witch Tribe warriors.
“Lord Su?”
The Witch Tribe guard immediately recognized Su Che and rushed over at great speed to pay his respects.
During Su Che’s last visit, he had fought fiercely in the wrestling arena, establishing his own authority through his fists and earning the genuine recognition of the Witch Tribe warriors.
“Where has Great Witch Tianyin gone?”
Even after transforming, Su Che’s voice was quite loud.
The guard pointed in a certain direction and replied in a lowered voice, “These days, the tribe has been quite unstable. There are always people causing trouble, so Great Witch Tianyin rarely has some peace…”
The guard must be one of Tianyin’s trusted subordinates, knowing full well that Su Che was her beloved. He spoke more casually, without any concealment.
“Have the Juli and Haogang factions become more violent?” Su Che asked softly.
The guard nodded. “The Witch God is busy outside and has only returned once in the past two thousand years. I feel that Great Witch Tianyin is about to lose control of them.”
Su Che smirked coldly, thinking, “These tragic figures, Juli and Haogang, still don’t realize that Tianyin is about to be promoted to Immortal Lord. They keep causing trouble—purely seeking their own destruction.”
“I’ll go take a look.”
Su Che took off into the air, while the guard bowed in farewell.
The Witch Tribe was divided into hundreds of thousands of tribes, large and small. Within the stronghold, the tribes were not far apart. In just half a minute, Su Che located Tianyin’s whereabouts.

Tianyin, who was dealing with the conflicts between the two major tribes, also sensed Su Che and immediately showed a look of delight, turning her head to look up at the sky. Su Che’s figure appeared on the horizon and soon flew above the tribe. Juli and Haogang were not there; presumably, they were hiding somewhere, secretly watching Tianyin’s embarrassment. When Su Che landed beside Tianyin, he didn’t notice any change in her strength, which indicated that after obtaining that mass of dark yellow energy, Tianyin had hidden her changes very well—ordinary people surely couldn’t detect anything, though it was uncertain whether she could deceive the Witch God. “The realm of the Immortal Emperor!” Tianyin immediately understood Su Che’s tremendous change. While feeling happy for him, she also realized that many earth-shattering events were likely to follow soon. Su Che didn’t ask anything and simply said to Tianyin in a low voice, “Ignore all these messy troubles. Go back to your house; I have something to talk to you about.” Tianyin was slightly stunned before replying, “What is it? Why such urgency?” Although it had been over a thousand years since she last saw him and she had countless things to say, she still hadn’t finished dealing with the tribal affairs at hand, so she couldn’t just leave like that. “Let’s go,” Su Che transmitted through telepathy. “Juli and Haogang are causing trouble in secret. There’s no end to dealing with such things. It’s better not to bother with them and see how big of a mess they can create.” Tianyin shook her head with a smile and gave him a light glare. She could understand all the logic, but since she had responsibilities, she couldn’t allow the various tribes within her clan to fall into chaos. Su Che could also guess that the reason the Witch God hadn’t taken drastic action to clean house yet was that he didn’t want to completely break ties with the person behind Juli and Haogang. At least, now wasn’t the time. “A few years will be enough. Come on, be obedient,” Su Che urged her with a smile in her ear. “Alright.” Tianyin had no temper when it came to her man and could only nod in agreement. Seeing Tianyin show signs of leaving, the elders of the two tribes still arguing became displeased. One of the elders quickly shouted, “Great Witch Tianyin, we must get an explanation from them! Otherwise, our Helong Tribe will never agree!” The other elder who opposed him also shouted, “What if we don’t agree? If you have the guts, then take them back from us!”

Su Che didn’t bother to inquire about the specifics of their dispute. He grabbed Tian Yin’s arm and almost forcibly pulled her up into the air, then they flew away at high speed.
On the tribal square, the two groups involved in the argument looked up at the sky, stunned. They really hadn’t expected that Great Witch Tian Yin would simply leave them here unattended and depart without a word.
A few moments later, someone sneered, “With our lord here, how could Great Witch Tian Yin still care about us…”
Unfortunately, Su Che and Tian Yin couldn’t hear such words at all; it was pointless to say them.
Fifteen minutes later, in Tian Yin’s residence, Su Che asked, “Has the Witch God not returned in the past thousand years?”
“Yes,” Tian Yin nodded gently and replied, “I don’t know what the Witch God is doing, but it must be something very important.”
“Never mind him!”
Su Che waved his hand and transmitted his voice, “For me, the most important thing is to help you ascend to the realm of Immortal Lord as soon as possible.”
“How can we do that quickly?” As she asked, Tian Yin took his hand, silently expressing her longing.
But Su Che, seemingly indifferent to such emotions, paid no attention to them and simply said, “I’ve also created a Time Wheel in my personal world, with a time flow rate of one to two thousand five. I want you to enter that Time Wheel so that, in just five or six years outside, you can integrate all those Mysterious Yellow Energies. Moreover, I can use another kind of power to help you comprehend the ways of heaven…”
To ascend to Immortal Lord, one not only needs enough time to integrate the Mysterious Yellow Energies but also must constantly understand the true essence of the ways of heaven and the will of heaven…
Simply accelerating within the Time Wheel for ten thousand years is definitely not enough.
In addition, Su Che planned to use the power of the Immortal Prison’s ways of heaven to enlighten Tian Yin, allowing her to fully experience the world’s laws of the Immortal Prison’s ways of heaven. Then, she could come out and further comprehend the rules of this vast universe.
It was now certain that the Immortal Prison was essentially a continuation of life in the external universe. The powers of the ways of heaven in the two worlds did not repel or conflict with each other—they were as harmonious and intimate as a mother and child.
Su Che believed that once Tian Yin was enveloped in the aura of the Immortal Prison’s ways of heaven, the powers of the ways of heaven in the external universe would surely treat her specially, greatly reducing the difficulty of reaching the realm of Immortal Lord.
If everything went smoothly, in about ten years according to external time, the sixteenth Immortal Lord could be born. It was even possible that Tian Yin might surpass the Sky-Devouring Rat.

Tianyin heard it half-understandingly, for she knew very little about the Immortal Prison and could not truly grasp the significance of Su Che’s words. However, having spent a thousand years with Su Che inside the Time Wheel of the Sky-Devouring Rat, she knew that merely by accelerating time, she could save nearly ten thousand years of external time to absorb the Mysterious Yellow Energy. With such a favorable opportunity, there was no reason to refuse. Tianyin nodded gently, fully submitting to Su Che’s plan. But just as Su Che was about to take Tianyin into the Immortal Prison, two deep voices came from outside. “Our lord has returned once again. Juli and Haogang have come to pay their respects.” The voice was unmistakably Juli’s. “The last time our lord visited, Haogang happened to be away on business, so we missed the chance to meet him—what a pity!” That loud voice must belong to Haogang. Su Che shook his head with a cold laugh and said to Tianyin, “I knew they would come. But it doesn’t matter. I’ll send you in first.” “Or wait until…” Tianyin hurriedly grabbed his arm, trying to stop him from sending her into that unknown, magical space right away. She was still worried that Su Che might not be able to handle Juli and Haogang alone. At the very least, they should be held in check for now—just ten years, until she reached the rank of Immortal Lord, and then she wouldn’t have to worry about them anymore. Before she could finish speaking, Su Che cut her off abruptly. “Do you think they still have the right to trouble me?” As he spoke, he tightly squeezed Tianyin’s slender wrist. Tianyin let out a low cry of pain—his grip was so fierce it left her gasping. Even the tough bones of a great shaman were on the verge of breaking under his pressure. What did that mean? “Revenge feels so satisfying!” Su Che chuckled. “If you want to bully me again like before, then hurry up and advance in rank. You’re no match for me now.” Back then, a casual pinch or jab from Great Shaman Tianyin could make Su Che scream in pain. Today, at last, the man had regained a little bit of his dignity. Tianyin’s cheeks turned red—whether from pain or something else was unclear—but it gave the impression of being “flustered.” Su Che, unfazed by this scene before him, gave her wrist a light squeeze and merely mouthed, “Be obedient.” Tianyin nodded and was taken into the Immortal Prison without resistance, directly sent into the Time Wheel.

One year in the outside world equals over two thousand years inside the Heavenly Wheel. Su Che’s plan is to let her absorb as much Mysterious Yellow Qi as possible within the Heavenly Wheel over the next five years—give her whatever she needs. The more she integrates it, the easier it will be for her to reach the critical moment of attaining the Immortal Lord realm.
So, what’s next…
Snap!
Without getting up from his chair, Su Che used his energy to open the door and said to those outside, “Please come in, my two great shamans.”
