Chapter 019: Let the Wind Flow as Desired
The Wind Domain is a unique skill exclusive to magical beasts. By now, Randy was essentially half-human and half-beast, possessing the strength of a domain master, making it easy for him to activate the Wind Domain.
At that moment, wind blades swarmed through the air in a spectacular display, shooting toward the Blueblood Elder. Feeling the violently intense wind elements in the air, even Du Fan couldn’t help but be slightly surprised.
Not only wind blades but also other wind-related spells were continuously unleashed. Within the Wind Domain, it was entirely a world of wind. Here, wind blades formed by streams of wind, long ropes made of wind, and even several giant wind dragons appeared in Randy’s domain.
These wind dragons immediately gathered fierce power and wrapped around the Blueblood Elder. Wind dragons are already level 9 magical beasts, so several of them were equivalent to multiple level 9 spells being cast at once. Combined, their power could rival even forbidden spells!
The wind dragons swiftly encircled the Blueblood Elder. As they wrapped around him, they gradually shrank to about four meters in length. Although their size decreased, their energy remained unchanged!
These mini wind dragons emitted astonishing momentum as they wrapped around the Blueblood Elder. With them all clinging to him at once, the elder’s face showed signs of agony.
Though they were spells, these sudden attacks were pure physical assaults! After their energy was compressed, the wind dragons’ power surpassed that of ordinary level 9 magical beasts, roughly matching that of holy-grade beasts. Under the combined force of several holy-grade beasts, even the domain master Blueblood Elder immediately felt the agony of being torn apart!
“Impressive Wind Domain! It seems you can freely cast wind spells within it. If so, how about a forbidden spell?” Despite being tightly wrapped by Randy’s wind dragons, the Blueblood Elder still shouted bravely.
Hearing his words, Randy was stunned. Indeed, since the magical beast Randy had merged with was a level 9 beast, the highest spells he could cast were also level 9!
In the Wind Domain, one can freely cast any wind-based magic, as the energy of wind there is extremely dense! Even if only level 9 magic can be cast within this domain, the overwhelming force of such magic would pose a severe challenge even to domain experts or even god-tier warriors.
Shortly after those wind dragons surrounded the Blueblood Elder, a large number of wind blades and wind spears began to rain down on him. Instantly, the Blueblood Elder found himself under continuous attacks from wind-based magic.
“Haha! I knew you couldn’t cast forbidden-level magic!” the Blueblood Elder shouted loudly as he saw Randy continuing to unleash wind blades and wind spears at him despite his words.
After saying that, the Blueblood Elder suddenly grabbed several wind dragons. Violent energy emanated from his claws, and with a loud roar, the wind dragons inside his grasp exploded one after another.
“With just this set of armor, one can not only transform into a werewolf but also use the skills of the magical beast itself. This armor is truly remarkable!” Du Fan murmured, looking at Randy in the sky.
“Elder Three, if you like it, I’ll go kill that guy named Randy and take his armor for you,” Bashaa said immediately upon hearing Du Fan’s words.
“Wait!” Du Fan replied quickly. “Bluebloods have strong pride. If you suddenly charge in to fight Randy, the Blueblood Elder who’s already battling him might object!”
“Hah!” At that moment, the Blueblood Elder’s muscles swelled dramatically, transforming the wind dragons on his body into pure wind energy. His domain slowly expanded, and unlike Randy’s domain, all the Bluebloods grew even more fierce upon sensing it.
It was clear that the Blueblood domain not only enhanced his own abilities but also those of his companions. As Du Fan had predicted, the other two Blueblood Elders also unleashed their domains. With three domains overlapping, their heights instantly rose to five meters.
Not only that, but mysterious symbols also appeared on the bodies of these Bluebloods. The profound aura they exuded was akin to that of ancient demon gods! With a height of five meters, they imposed a sense of pressure even on domain masters and god-tier warriors. Although it wasn’t as terrifying as Bashar’s Fire God form, few below the god tier could easily resist them.
“Roar!” At that moment, Randy let out a howl like that of a green-faced wolf. The pressure of a ninth-level magical beast, combined with the power of a domain master, erupted fully.
“Mingwei, your Bluebloods’ domain is quite unique!” Du Fan said curiously to Mingwei, observing the transformed Bluebloods.
“Actually, we Bluebloods are descendants of the demon gods,” Mingwei replied slowly after Du Fan asked.
“Descendants of the demon gods?” Du Fan’s eyes widened upon hearing this.
“That’s right. We Bluebloods carry the bloodline of the Great Demon God,” Mingwei said seriously. “That’s why our unique domain is called the Divine-Demon Domain.”
“Are you sure it’s the bloodline of the demon god in your veins?” Du Fan asked, still skeptical.
“Hmph! Who else but the Great Demon God could possess such a powerful bloodline? Let me show you!” Mingwei said with a smile.
Mingwei glanced at Randy disdainfully, then silently appeared beside Count Wade. With a smile, he placed a hand on Count Wade’s shoulder and whispered, “My lord, I wonder if you intended to capture us Bluebloods in the south so that you could openly turn against Fischer and the Holy Church, right?”
Hearing Mingwei’s words, Count Wade broke into cold sweat and replied in panic, “Don’t listen to Du Fan’s nonsense. That’s not what I meant.”
“Oh?” Mingwei let out a strange sound and whispered in Count Wade’s ear, “Your words may be reasonable, but your soul betrays you!”
“Bang!” A loud noise came from Count Wade as a gray shadow flashed by. One punch after another struck him. In just a few breaths, his clothes were torn to shreds, revealing a light red set of armor.
“Mingwei,” Count Wade shouted angrily, his storage ring glinting as he grasped a spear in his hand. After a pause, he continued, “You are the leader of the Blueblood clan. I respect you, but since you disregard me, prepare to face the wrath of the strongest domain beast in the underground world—the Spiderman!”
After speaking, Count Wade did not begin chanting immediately. Instead, he simply spread his arms. At that moment, spiderweb-like cracks appeared throughout the space centered around him. Eight massive black spider legs with golden patterns emerged from behind him, and a dark green gas gradually seeped out from his pores.
“It’s poison gas!” As soon as Du Fan saw the dark green gas, he immediately cast a barrier to prevent the powerful warriors, dwarves, and elves present from inhaling it.
Though the poison gas seemed simple, strictly speaking, it was likely even more potent than what the best human alchemists could create. Two extremely oppressive domains began to spread slowly.
Compared to the poison gas domain, the most terrifying were the spiderweb cracks in space. If one accidentally came into contact with them, unless they were Count Wade himself or possessed divine-level strength, they would have no choice but to wait for the spiderwebs to corrode them to death!
“Sigh,” Mingwei looked at Count Wade, who was half-human and half-spider, and shook his head regretfully. He said calmly, “Why be so serious? We already discussed this before the attack— we should send you back to Fischer. Otherwise, fighting makes no sense. But since you’re serious, if I’m not, I can’t justify it either!”
As soon as Mingwei finished speaking, his body, which had been in a spiritual state, slowly shrank into that of a thin, dark teenager around fourteen or fifteen years old. His transparent body gradually became solid.
“Bang!” In an instant, everyone’s vision blurred as Mingwei appeared right in front of Count Wade. His dark palm pressed firmly against the latter’s chest, with violent energy surging across his armor. With just a slight force, Count Wade would likely be severely injured, if not killed.
“This…” Count Wade widened his eyes in horror, not expecting that even under the combined effect of two domains, it would be impossible to track Ming Wei’s movements. In just a breath’s time, the latter had already struck.
“Heh, actually, I really don’t want to say it, but there’s no choice.” Ming Wei looked down on him with disdain, scratching his ear with his free hand before calmly saying, “Your strength is far too weak. Break!”
“Boom!” With a loud noise, the cracks in the spider web in space and the eight spider legs behind Ming Wei vanished without a trace. All the poison gas was absorbed by Ming Wei, who then shamelessly burped after finishing.
Du Fan and the others were shocked by Ming Wei’s actions, never expecting that one person could completely devour the poison gas released by a domain powerhouse. Likely, even an ordinary god-tier powerhouse couldn’t do such a thing. It was then that Du Fan and the others realized the true terrifying nature of the Blue Blood lineage’s innate abilities.
“Cough.” On the other side, Count Wade coughed painfully at that moment, and at the same time, a very clear magic core was spat out from his mouth.
