Chapter 0633: The Hongmeng Realm

Heibei and the others returned to Mount Leipeng and found everything empty before them, leaving them stunned as they tried to figure out what was going on.
“Could we have gone to the wrong place?!” muttered one of Mount Leipeng’s elders unconsciously.
Heibei frowned, feeling uneasy, and moved around, scanning the vast area within thousands of miles.
Gradually, the elders of Mount Leipeng also sensed that something was wrong.
After a while, Heibei’s expression darkened as lightning surged from his body, and a massive killing aura spread, causing the air in the surrounding area to freeze.
“What’s going on? Who can tell me what’s happening?!” Heibei roared, his voice shaking the heavens. His overwhelming presence forced the elders of Mount Leipeng to retreat in fear.
His murderous aura grew stronger, turning the clear sky into clouds and bringing cold winds. Eventually, even the surroundings froze over.
“God, the Divine King!” said one of Mount Leipeng’s elders after a long time, trembling.
Heibei turned to look, his eyes flashing with lightning.
“Could it be… him?!” The elder glanced at the scattered rocks on the ground.
Heibei and the other elders of Mount Leipeng’s faces darkened. They had noticed the rocks earlier but refused to accept their suspicions.
Suddenly, Heibei remembered the words Huang Long had said before leaving Silver Fox Mountain. Could it be?!
“Huang Long!” Heibei’s eyes turned red as he spat out those words through gritted teeth, feeling blood surge in his chest before spitting blood.
“Divine King!” The elders of Mount Leipeng cried out in shock.
Heibei waved his hand, but his killing intent only grew stronger.
A moment later, Gejisi, the chief elder of Mount Leipeng, stepped forward. “Divine King, are you saying Huang Long did this? But wasn’t he at Silver Fox Mountain at the time?!” He paused, seemingly realizing something, his expression changing.
He had initially thought Huang Long couldn’t be responsible since he was at Silver Fox Mountain, but then he remembered Huang Long’s divine avatar!
It must have been Huang Long’s divine avatar!
At least, that’s what Gejisi thought.
Heibei and the others had rushed back from Silver Fox Mountain without stopping along the way, so they hadn’t heard the rumors from Mount Leipeng. Otherwise, they would have known Huang Long was behind this!
“Then what about Luo Qi, Elder Yekhu, and the others?!” Di Sheng, the second elder of Mount Leipeng, finally thought of this question.
Heibei and the elders felt their hearts sink, followed by emotions of grief, anger, and shame.

After a long while, Xibei slowly raised his blood-red eyes and said coldly, “Go!” With that, the vengeful spirit vanished and headed toward a major city near Leipeng Mountain. The elders of Leipeng Mountain followed closely behind. Soon after, Xibei and the elders of Leipeng Mountain appeared above Montuo City. A cold glint flashed in Xibei’s eyes as he pressed his hands into the air. The ancestor of the Montuo family, who was meditating in a secret chamber beneath Montuo City, suddenly felt the space around him tighten. Then, a terrifying force lifted him off the ground. In shock, he realized he was now above Montuo City. “Lord Xibei, the God King!” The ancestor trembled in fear upon recognizing the person before him and hurried to pay his respects. “Speak! What exactly is going on with Leipeng Mountain?!” Xibei demanded in a deep voice. Feeling the icy murderous intent emanating from Xibei, the ancestor grew anxious and, without hesitation or concealment, revealed everything he knew. Of course, what he knew was also based on reports from the family elders. As he listened to the ancestor’s account, Xibei and the elders of Leipeng Mountain grew even more murderous. “Huang Long, it’s really you!” Xibei said slowly after hearing the story, his murderous gaze making the ancestor tremble with fear. Thunder columns rose from Xibei’s body, and his terrifying pressure made the gods below Montuo City feel suffocated as they looked up in horror. “Lord Xibei, God King, am I it?” the ancestor said, sweating profusely, hoping that this had nothing to do with him and wanting Xibei to let him go. But just as he cast a pleading look at Xibei, a shadow flashed, and he was blasted away by the destructive power of the God King. The ancestor crashed to the ground below Montuo City, triggering screams. “Ancestor!” The head of the Montuo family and the elders cried out in shock as they rushed over. “You, you!” The ancestor pointed at Xibei after crashing to the ground and screamed before collapsing. It happened so suddenly; unfortunately, the ancestor was killed by Xibei’s punch without any chance to defend himself. “All the gods of Leipeng Mountain have perished—you all will die with them!” Xibei said coldly, looking down at the gods of Montuo City, his voice echoing. By the time the gods of Montuo City realized what was happening, they all stared in terror at the middle-aged man covered in lightning high in the sky. “Leipeng Mountain?! Lord Xibei, God King!” Even those who hadn’t recognized Xibei’s identity before now guessed who he was. Instantly, chaos ensued below—panic, screams, struggles to flee—as the shadow of death covered the entire city of Montuo.

Seeing this, Xibei sneered coldly. He pressed his palm downward toward Monto City, and waves of the Thunder God King’s power spread out like ocean currents. Wherever this power passed, everything was destroyed into nothingness, and those godly warriors who tried to flee were turned into bolts of lightning upon contact.

Watching the approaching power of the Thunder God King, some of the supreme gods felt despair. Monto City and its gods disappeared one by one. Gradually, the cries ceased, and eventually, everything returned to calm.

Xibei withdrew his palm, stood with his hands behind his back, his expression indifferent. From then on, Monto City vanished completely from the Chaos Divine Realm, along with countless of its godly warriors.

“Yellow Dragon, one day, I’ll also make you and Silver Fox Mountain disappear slowly before me!” Xibei said coldly.

The elders of Thunder Roc Mountain dared not speak, standing behind Xibei in awe. Aside from Luo Qi, Ye Khuhu, and others who were killed by the Yellow Dragon, only ten elders remained on Thunder Roc Mountain now.

“Lord God King, what should we do now?” asked Gejisi, the eldest elder of Thunder Roc Mountain.

“I think we should exterminate all the families that rely on Silver Fox Mountain!” said Disheng, the second eldest elder, his eyes filled with fury.

Although Silver Fox Mountain was protected by the grand array set up by the Yellow Dragon, those families that relied on it didn’t have any protection, right?

Xibei remained silent.

“Lord, Lord God King, how about we return to the Hongmeng Realm first?” hesitated one of the elders at that moment.

Return to the Hongmeng Realm?! Xibei abruptly turned around, his icy aura intensifying. He stretched out his palm, pulled the elder of Thunder Roc Mountain toward him, grabbed his neck, and said sternly, “What did you say?! Ask me to return to the Hongmeng Realm? To return there and endure my elder brother’s mockery?!”

Back then, he had left the Hongmeng Realm because of disagreements with his elder brother and came to this Chaos Divine Realm to establish Thunder Roc Mountain. He wanted to show his elder brother that even without a family or his support, he could still reach the pinnacle!

The elder of Thunder Roc Mountain couldn’t move, his face turning red as if he were in an ice cave. The other elders were shocked, but no one dared step forward to defend him.

After a pause, Gejisi stepped forward and said, “Lord God King, he spoke rashly. His crime isn’t fatal. Please spare his life out of loyalty to Thunder Roc Mountain!”

That elder was Na Li, the ninth elder.

Xibei glanced at Gejisi and the other elders, his aura softening slightly before he threw the elder away. He said coldly, “Never mention the Hongmeng Realm to me again!”

The Hongmeng Realm was his taboo—a place filled with painful memories he never wanted to revisit. If it weren’t for the urgent need to strengthen Leipeng Mountain at this moment, he would have killed that man for daring to violate his taboo. That man escaped death, gasping and trembling as he said, “Yes, My Lord Divine King!” Only then did Xibei nod, his expression softening slightly as he glanced in the direction of Silver Fox Mountain. “The families allied with Silver Fox Mountain will be destroyed sooner or later. But right now, the most important thing is to rebuild Leipeng Mountain! Huang Long, Livia—you will pay for this a thousand times over!” Xibei clenched his fist, gathering destructive power. The elders of Leipeng Mountain exchanged glances in silence; there was nothing else they could do. Rebuilding Leipeng Mountain wasn’t easy at all. It had grown to its current scale over countless eras, and rebuilding it would only result in an empty shell in the short term. Thinking of the treasures accumulated over those eras, people like Gejisi felt heartache—all their efforts lost in just two months! In the end, Xibei decided to rebuild Leipeng Mountain in its original location. After all, it had endured countless eras, and its location was deeply ingrained in the minds of the gods in the Chaos Divine Plane. Moving it elsewhere could harm its prestige and future recovery. But how much prestige did Leipeng Mountain have left now?! Without him as the Divine King, it might have already fallen from among the Five Mountains! Leaving Montuo City, Xibei and the elders of Leipeng Mountain returned to its former high altitude. With all his divine power surging forth, streams of lightning-based divine energy began to swirl. As Xibei waved his hands repeatedly, debris from the shattered Leipeng Mountain rose from the ground—first within a million miles, then expanding to hundreds of millions. His eyes gleamed as he gave a deep roar and formed gestures with his hands, causing the debris to gradually come together. “Disheng, act!” Xibei ordered. Disheng, the second elder of Leipeng Mountain, focused his cultivation on earth-based laws. Although true creation required reaching the Saint King realm, bringing together the scattered debris of Leipeng Mountain wasn’t too difficult for Xibei and the others. Of course, restoring Leipeng Mountain fully wasn’t easy either—it would take centuries, not just a year. And rebuilding the shattered formations and restrictions would take even longer than that.
