Chapter 0473: The Location of the Reincarnation Stone

Mackie barely dodged the Yellow Dragon’s sword strike and stood high in the air. Seeing the power of the Yellow Dragon’s sword, his expression changed. A massive rift stretched from his throne all the way to the end of his palace.

In the grand hall, the human goddess who had been dancing there had already screamed in terror and fled.

At that moment, screams could be heard everywhere around the palace, one after another.

Startled, Mackie stretched out his divine senses and instantly spotted Qibu and Bradd.

“Qibu!” Upon seeing Qibu, Mackie’s expression turned cold as he understood what was going on.

“Did Qibu invite you guys?!” Mackie said coldly, his eyes flickering. “What did Qibu give you? I’ll give you double!” It seemed he thought the Yellow Dragon and Bradd were brought here by Qibu.

The Yellow Dragon looked at Mackie calmly. “Oh, you’ll give double?”

Hearing this, Mackie thought the Yellow Dragon was interested and relaxed slightly. “Exactly.”

“Sorry, but what we want is beyond your ability to give,” the Yellow Dragon said.

Mackie’s expression darkened. “What do you want?”

“The Reincarnation Stone,” the Yellow Dragon said slowly. Then, with a flash, he moved—slapping his palms together, creating waves of spatial distortion. Mackie was shocked to see the space in front of him seem to compress and rush toward him.

Mackie shouted loudly and retreated, drawing his divine weapon. Swinging it, he clashed with the Yellow Dragon’s attack.

A dull sound rang out, shaking the entire hall. Then, the hall collapsed like sand blown away by a storm.

Mackie felt his hands trembling. Seeing the Yellow Dragon’s attack coming again, he panicked and transformed into his Prison Beast form.

Mackie’s Prison Beast form was a giant unicorn wolf hundreds of feet tall, glowing red all over, with green eyes and a strange wing on its back—none other than the King of the Purgatory Beast Wolves, the Red Prairie Wolf.

As the Yellow Dragon attacked, Mackie’s beast form darted away at several times the speed before, instantly evading the attack. Its wing swept diagonally as it dodged, like a lightning bolt streaking across the sky, accompanied by crackling thunder.

This Mackie was a mutated Prison Beast that had mastered two elemental laws: Death and Thunder.

After dodging the Yellow Dragon’s attack, Mackie rushed forward and gathered the power of his unicorn’s Death Energy. Lowering his head, he unleashed a pillar of condensed Death Energy that rushed toward the Yellow Dragon.

Boom!

The Yellow Dragon channeled the power of the Immortal Spirit within him and met the attack head-on with a punch.

Seeing that the Yellow Dragon dared to collide head-on with his own unicorn in its physical form, McGee couldn’t help but feel pleased. Yet before the joy on his face could fade, he realized the outcome wasn’t as he had imagined—the Yellow Dragon wouldn’t be sent flying severely injured, but instead would take a slight step back, stabilize itself, and attack again.
“How is this possible?!” McGee exclaimed in shock at this result.
His own unicorn, imbued with the power of death, was one of his strongest attacks. Its force was so great that even peerless warriors at the same level would be severely injured if struck by it. Yet the opponent suffered no harm at all from a mere punch with its physical body.
But there was no time for him to be shocked—the Yellow Dragon’s attack came again.
The Yellow Dragon hadn’t used the Chaos Bell. It only resorted to it in extreme cases, as its strength was still somewhat weak. If the Supreme God learned that the Yellow Dragon possessed a “divine artifact” far more powerful than those so-called supreme artifacts, even with Nyaa and Susan protecting it, the Yellow Dragon would likely have to be reborn.
Nevertheless, with the Immortal-Slaying Sword in hand and its Dragon Essence body, the Yellow Dragon forced McGee to retreat again and again, keeping him at a severe disadvantage.
McGee roared in fury, but he was utterly helpless against the Yellow Dragon. Its speed was too fast, and its strength and defense were equally abnormally high!
Thud, thud!
With each thudding sound, McGee managed to dodge the Yellow Dragon’s Immortal-Slaying Sword but couldn’t avoid its palm strikes. In the end, his entire body was covered in blood, unrecognizable.
Yet against the Yellow Dragon’s speed, McGee couldn’t escape even if he tried. No matter what method he used, the Yellow Dragon would counter it, sending him flying back.
By now, McGee’s palace complex was also in ruins—not only due to the fierce battle with the Yellow Dragon but also thanks to the efforts of Bradd and Qibu.
Before long, Bradd and Qibu flew over. It seemed the task was already completed.
When Qibu saw McGee’s miserable state, he couldn’t hide his shock. In terms of strength, he was roughly on par with McGee, but now McGee had been ravaged so badly by the Yellow Dragon—what if it were him?!
Who was this dark-haired human youth?!
After Bradd and Qibu arrived, McGee’s face showed despair. Alone against the Yellow Dragon, he was already on the verge of death. Now, with Bradd and Qibu added, he could only imagine the outcome.
“Qibu, if you have the guts to kill me, why ask others for help?!” McGee roared at Qibu.

Qibu sneered, “It’s nothing for me to ask others for help, but it’s better than you dealing with a junior behind their back.” What he meant was obviously McGee dealing with his daughter. The thought of his daughter filled him with murderous intent.
Fortunately, they arrived a little early; otherwise, his daughter would likely have suffered at the hands of McGee’s top lieutenants.
Since Huang Long hadn’t given any orders, Bradd also stayed back and did not intervene.
Time passed. More than an hour later, McGee’s true form, the prison beast, was slain by Huang Long’s sword, splitting into two with its flesh and blood scattered everywhere—his divine avatar was no exception.
However, before being killed by Huang Long’s sword, McGee tried to self-destruct. Thankfully, Huang Long was quick; otherwise, even Huang Long and his two companions might not have been able to avoid being severely injured or turned to dust along with McGee.
The self-destruction of such an unparalleled warrior could create a vacuum over thousands of miles.
After killing McGee and rescuing his daughter, Qibu, as planned, took Huang Long and Bradd and flew to the location of the Rebirth Stone.
“This is where the Rebirth Stone is!” More than ten days later, when Qibu led Huang Long and Bradd to a deep valley, he pointed downward and said.
Huang Long stood above the valley and used his divine sense to probe below. Frowning, he discovered an extremely powerful force of consumption and corrosion beneath the valley. Strangely, this force even affected divine senses—when Huang Long had probed earlier, it had already begun to consume and corrode his divine sense.
Even Bradd couldn’t compare to Huang Long’s current strength in terms of divine sense, so one could imagine how terrifying this force of consumption and corrosion was.
“I’ve told you where the Rebirth Stone is. I have other matters to attend to, so I’m leaving now,” Qibu said, then turned to leave.
“Wait,” Bradd said, stepping forward to block him.
“What? What do you mean?!” Qibu looked at Bradd blocking his path, his expression turning cold. Yet he dared not react, after all, the scene of Huang Long killing McGee still lingered in his mind from over ten days ago.
“How do we know if there really is a Rebirth Stone down there? Maybe there isn’t any at all,” Bradd said, staring at Qibu.
One must always be cautious—who knew if Qibu had other ulterior motives or wanted to use some unknown danger to get rid of Huang Long and his companion.
Qibu frowned. “So what do you mean?”
“How do you know there’s a Rebirth Stone here?” Huang Long asked thoughtfully.

“I’ve obtained a treasure map of the Reincarnation Stones!” Qibu said. “I found it on the map.” After saying that, he hesitated for a moment. A glow appeared in his hand, and a treasure map emerged, which he then handed to Huang Long.

Huang Long took the treasure map and found that it was neither silk nor cloth nor bamboo—smooth as nothing in his hand, with a slight chill to it. He shook his hands slightly to unfold the map, revealing several place names along with red dots. Next to the dots were inscriptions in ancient script. Finally, Huang Long focused on the red dot in the center—the dot and the accompanying text indicated that the Reincarnation Stones were located in a deep valley at the heart of Hell.

Huang Long nodded and returned the map to Qibu. Qibu took back the map, feeling relieved. This treasure map, along with the locations of several other treasures, had just been obtained by him, and he hadn’t yet figured out where the others were. He would need to study it in detail later. He had been afraid that Huang Long might covet it and take it away, leaving him helpless.

“Since it’s confirmed, may I leave now?” Qibu asked.

Bulad looked at Huang Long, who nodded in approval, and then Bulad allowed Qibu to fly away.

“Young master, do you think this treasure map might be fake?” Bulad couldn’t help asking after a while.

Even if the map indicated the presence of the Reincarnation Stones in this valley, it didn’t necessarily mean it was true, as maps could also be forged.

Huang Long shook his head upon hearing this. “It’s not fake.” He had examined the map carefully earlier and confirmed its authenticity.

Relieved, Bulad turned to look at the deep valley below, frowning. “Young master, what should we do now?” He could sense the extremely strong devouring and corrosive forces in the valley.

Huang Long pondered for a moment. “Since it’s confirmed, let’s go down and take a look.” Repairing the Death Spirit Realm Formation couldn’t be delayed. Even though the valley was eerie, Huang Long had no choice but to take the risk. Moreover, he believed that with caution, the powerful devouring and corrosive forces wouldn’t pose much danger to them.

“Yes, young master,” Bulad replied respectfully, understanding that Huang Long wanted to find the Reincarnation Stones quickly and return to the Death Spirit Realm.

After speaking, Huang Long channeled all his celestial energy, causing golden clouds to swirl around to protect them, before slowly descending into the valley. Bulad followed closely behind.

As they descended hundreds of feet, the devouring and corrosive forces grew stronger, and at the same time, the two could faintly hear whining sounds coming from below.
