Chapter 0399: Reunion in the Land of Forgetfulness

The fierce battle in the skies continued.
The Land of Forgetfulness was silent as the god-tier warriors stared intently at the heavens.
“What should we do?” Donald asked Bishop, Barret, and the others, concern flashing on his face.
At that moment, everyone realized that the Chaotic Primal Beast, the Seven-Color Dragon, was a Golden Mastery-level powerhouse!
“The clan leader hasn’t given orders. We should wait; going up won’t help much,” said Third Elder Barret.
Though they were also peerless warriors, their strength paled in comparison to Kennedy and the Seven-Color Dragon. Going up would only cause trouble—this battle was not one they could intervene in.
The Platform of Forgetfulness.
“This Seven-Color Dragon appeared out of nowhere. Could it be just to capture Huang Hai, a member of the Runing family?” Herbert, the head of the Terrence family, frowned.
“It must be Huang Hai who provoked the Seven-Color Dragon. After all, he even dared challenge their clan’s eldest elder. It’s not impossible for him to provoke such a Mastery-level primal beast,” Jared from the Terrence family said mockingly.
Was that really the case?
Everyone fell into thought.
“Elder Joshu, do you think Clan Leader Kennedy has any way to drive back the Seven-Color Dragon?” asked Alger, the head of the Gibran family, casually.
Joshu, the head of the Stanny family, pondered for a moment. “It’s hard to say.”
Primal beasts were already stronger than human god-tier warriors of the same rank, not to mention the Seven-Color Dragon, which was a Chaotic Primal Beast. Moreover, among the seven elemental laws, water-based attacks were weaker than gold-based attacks in certain aspects.
However, Kennedy had six divine avatars, while primal beasts could only cultivate one divine avatar at most. So, Joshu wasn’t sure who would have the upper hand. Right now, the battle was tied, and it was hard to tell.
Then, Adriel, the head of the Demos family, said, “But what if Clan Leader Kennedy can’t drive back the Seven-Color Dragon?”
Everyone understood what Adriel meant. If even Kennedy couldn’t defeat it, who could stop the Seven-Color Dragon? Unless Marshall and Kennedy set aside their pride and fight together against it.
“Human, you’re strong!” As everyone was lost in thought, a rumbling sound from the Seven-Color Dragon came from the skies. Above, the dragon and Kennedy had stopped fighting and were now facing each other in midair.
Kennedy said nothing, merely staring at his opponent.
“I want to take that human away. I hope you won’t stop me,” the Seven-Color Dragon said, pointing its claw at Huang Long below the Land of Forgetfulness.
Sure enough!

Woodlow, Herbert, and the leaders of the other six major families thought to themselves that this Rainbow Coiling Dragon truly came for Huang Hai. Even the other godly powerhouses watching couldn’t help but turn their attention to the Yellow Dragon.
The Yellow Dragon frowned.
“What do you want to take Huang Hai for?” Kennedy stared at him.
The Rainbow Coiling Dragon shook its head. “He is the person designated by my master. As for the rest, I can’t tell you.”
What? A master?!
These words of the Rainbow Coiling Dragon caused tremors and uproar among the trillions of godly powerhouses at the Horn of Oblivion. It was unthinkable. Even Kennedy, Woodlow, Marshall, and the others were shocked.
This perfectly perfected Rainbow Coiling Dragon actually had a master?! Then, the identity of its master became obvious.
The Supreme God! Only the great Supreme God could be it.
The Supreme God designated taking Huang Hai away?! A direct descendant of the Runing family!
Herbert, Woodlow, and the others stared at the Yellow Dragon in disbelief.
Previously, this ordinary descendant of the Runing family, who had been mocked for his arrogance before the competition, had repeatedly surprised and shocked everyone. Now, Herbert and the others no longer mocked the Yellow Dragon. In their eyes, the Yellow Dragon had become mysterious.
“No!” To the surprise of the Rainbow Coiling Dragon and the gods, Kennedy firmly shook his head.
Herbert and the others exchanged glances.
Although the Rainbow Coiling Dragon hadn’t revealed the identity of its master, it must surely be some Supreme God. Yet, Kennedy still refused? What did this mean?!
Kennedy surely had his own reasons. Huang Hai’s identity was special—he absolutely couldn’t let the Rainbow Coiling Dragon take him away. Otherwise, if something went wrong, how could he explain it to Supreme God Susan?
“Then I’ll have to take him by force!” the Rainbow Coiling Dragon growled, reaching out with its five claws to seize Huang Hai once again.
Kennedy naturally wouldn’t let it succeed. Under the watchful eyes of the godly powerhouses below, Kennedy finally summoned his six divine avatars.
The six divine avatars appeared and attacked the Rainbow Coiling Dragon at once.
Although divine avatars were weaker than the Supreme God’s true form, Kennedy was a supreme god at the perfect stage. Even if his divine avatars were weaker than his true form, they were still far stronger than ordinary peerless powerhouses.
Roar! Seeing Kennedy summon his six divine avatars, the Rainbow Coiling Dragon also summoned its own additional divine avatar and engaged in another fierce battle with Kennedy. This battle was even more intense than the last, with the atmosphere changing dramatically.
Boom, boom, thunderous!

One after another, deafening clashes resounded continuously. The god-tier powerhouses were even shocked to see that the large defensive energy shield activated earlier was shaking violently, as if it might be broken and shattered at any moment.
“Protect the formation!” Woodlow, Hobart, and the others paled slightly and urgently ordered their clan’s powerhouses to safeguard the formation.
At Woodlow, Hobart’s command, the god-tier powerhouses of the six major clans channeled their divine powers to support the defensive formation. The formation emitted intense light once again, and the energy shield stabilized considerably.
Meanwhile, the seas around the Forgotten Corner, unprotected by the formation, saw waves rise thousands of feet high, roaring loudly.
Intimidating dragon roars came from the skies. Eventually, Kennedy even transformed into a dragon and fought alongside the Rainbow Coiling Dragon.
Kennedy’s true form was a mutated black dragon, its scales pitch black and shiny, emitting a terrifying aura; even its eyes were black.
The fierce battle continued. Gradually, Kennedy, now in dragon form, along with his six divine clones, gained the upper hand.
Below, Bishop and the others felt relieved seeing Kennedy in the lead, just as the Ruining Clan’s members and the god-tier powerhouses did as well.
On a distant mountain peak, Marshall shook his head. Although Kennedy seemed to have the upper hand, he saw it as temporary. Sure enough, it wasn’t long before the Rainbow Coiling Dragon gradually regained the disadvantage.
Hours passed, and the battle in the skies raged on. Yet none of the god-tier powerhouses at the Forgotten Corner showed signs of frustration; they all watched intently.
A battle between two supreme powerhouses—such an opportunity came once in trillions of years.
After a long while, seemingly realizing it couldn’t take away the Yellow Dragon, the Rainbow Coiling Dragon forcefully pushed Kennedy back with a strike, then stopped, turned to look at the Yellow Dragon, and said, “Little guy, see you in the Land of Forgetfulness someday.” With that, it vanished in an instant from the skies.
The skies cleared again.
None of the god-tier powerhouses expected the Rainbow Coiling Dragon to leave so suddenly. They stared at the direction it had disappeared in, stunned.
“Chieftain!” As the Rainbow Coiling Dragon left, Bishop and the others flew to Kennedy’s side.
Kennedy retracted his six divine clones, glanced in the direction the Rainbow Coiling Dragon had gone, then said, “Let’s go down first.” With that, he vanished and returned to the Forgotten Platform.
The Yellow Dragon stood there, reflecting on the Rainbow Coiling Dragon’s words before it left, feeling puzzled. “See you in the Land of Forgetfulness”? What did that mean? Would the Rainbow Coiling Dragon also enter the Land of Forgetfulness someday? Couldn’t only those with blood from the six major clans of the Netherworld enter there?
The Yellow Dragon was confused, and so were Kennedy and the other gods.

They too were recalling the words spoken by the Colorful Coiling Dragon before it left.
The Colorful Coiling Dragon left, and the competition continued.
Since a defensive formation was set up later, apart from Huang Long’s 90th area, no damage was done to the competition area, so it didn’t affect the contest.
However, though the competition went on, everyone’s attention was no longer on it. The upcoming matches seemed to have lost their meaning due to the appearance of that peerless warrior, the Colorful Coiling Dragon.
Thus, the competitions of the first day came to an end.
Night fell.
Huang Long returned from the central hall to his own palace.
When he arrived, Chester and Fat Francis stepped forward quickly. “Brother Huang Hai, how did it go? Did the clan leader call you to ask about that peerless warrior, the Colorful Coiling Dragon?”
Huang Long nodded.
Right after the competition ended and everyone dispersed, Kennedy and the others called Huang Long to the central hall, naturally to ask about the Colorful Coiling Dragon. Recalling what Kennedy and the others had asked, Huang Long smiled bitterly. He had never provoked that Colorful Coiling Dragon, let alone its master. But judging from their expressions, they didn’t seem to think so.
“Brother Huang Hai, so what happened?” Chester couldn’t help but ask.
Huang Long recounted the whole story to them.
The two exchanged glances.
“Heh, forget it. Let’s not think about it. But, Brother Huang Hai, you were really impressive today—killing Fan Lending out of the competition in just one move!” Suddenly, Fat Francis spoke up with a laugh.
Hearing this, Chester also laughed, looking at Huang Long with strange expressions alongside Fat Francis.
“Brother Huang Hai, I didn’t expect your strength to be this high now?!” Chester said with a sigh. He knew Fan Lending was strong—stronger than him—but even so, he was defeated by Huang Long in just one move. So what about him? It was funny that earlier they thought Huang Long couldn’t even make it into the top 300. Now it seemed there was no doubt he could.
“Brother Huang Hai, you should be at the peak of Level 7 of the King of the Underworld by now, right? I think you can make it into the top 30!” Fat Francis said.
After the competition to determine the top 300, those selected would compete again to rank themselves.
The first place winner would be the first to enter the Land of Forgetfulness. The higher one’s rank there, the closer to the center they would be transported, giving them a better chance of obtaining the Sacred Fruit of Heaven and Earth and the Pearl of the Underworld.
