The two Asuras, struck by the beasts, flew back before they could react. Suddenly, a intense light in the shape of a spiral shot up from the sea below, creating a mist that obscured their vision and erased the surrounding landscape. “What’s going on?!” the two Asuras roared in fury. Seeing the two Asuras and the other demons trapped inside the formation, Huang Long immediately ordered the two beasts, “Forbidden spells, full force!” Although the Nine Twists and Ten Perils Heavenly River Formation was powerful, Huang Long’s magical power was still too weak to truly trap and kill the two Asuras; it only held them temporarily. Once they regained their composure, they would break free. At Huang Long’s command, the two beasts hesitated not at all. With fierce glints in their eyes, they launched a full-force attack at the two Asuras and the other demons inside the formation.
