Chapter 11

“Okay, big sister!” The speaker was a boy with long hair hanging over his shoulders, his small eyes narrowed into slits. He was dressed in school uniform and was about the same height as Xie Wendong. After responding to Gao Laodai, he walked toward Xie Wendong, cracking his joints, which made a “crack, crack” sound.

Xie Wendong had already been prepared, knowing that a fight was inevitable today. He stood still, watching the “madman” approach while secretly gathering his strength. Thinking that the opponent had more people, he knew he had to act quickly—delivering a single strike that would knock them out.

As the “madman” got closer, the distance between the two grew smaller. The room was dead silent as everyone watched the two fighters. Gao Laodai’s eyes never left Xie Wendong—partly out of concern for him and partly out of curiosity about how this thin boy had managed to defeat the tiger.

When they were within striking distance, the “madman” moved first. His slow-moving body suddenly shot toward Xie Wendong. He leaned forward, lifted one leg, and fiercely struck Xie Wendong’s abdomen. Xie Wendong smiled—this was a move he often used himself; it had been the first move he employed to defeat the tiger. He shifted slightly to avoid the “madman’s” knee, then reached out with his palm and slammed it hard against the latter’s neck. Seeing Xie Wendong dodge his strike, the “madman” realized things were going wrong. As Xie Wendong’s palm came down, he tried to push himself downward. Although he reacted quickly, Xie Wendong’s punch didn’t hit the vital spot on his neck but instead struck his mouth.

The “madman” let out a cry as blood sprayed from his mouth, with three white teeth lying on the ground. He threw his hair back, stared at Xie Wendong with blood-filled eyes. Xie Wendong also regretted it—the opponent had reacted too fast, preventing him from landing a decisive blow.

No longer underestimating the opponent, the pain in his mouth made him truly go mad. He screamed and swung a punch at Xie Wendong. Xie Wendong blocked the punch with his palm, feeling pain in his knuckles, but without time to think, he quickly grabbed the opponent’s wrist. Taking advantage of the “madman’s” hesitation, Xie Wendong punched him in the face with his other hand. That punch sent the “madman” flying and knocking him to the ground. Just as he tried to get up, Xie Wendong pressed his knee against his chest. Xie Wendong crouched down and punched the “madman” in the face like rain. At first, the “madman” could still resist, but after a heavy punch to his jaw, his consciousness became blurred, and he lost the strength to struggle. Xie Wendong showed no sign of stopping. With each punch to the face, blood sprayed from the “madman’s” mouth, splattering all over Xie Wendong’s face.

Those who had never seen Xie Wendong inside the room were stunned, thinking to themselves: Is he even human? Those who had seen him in the small woods recalled that moment and their legs began to tremble uncontrollably.
Gao Laobai was also shocked by the current Xie Wendong and shouted loudly, “Xie Wendong, stop!”
Xie Wendong stopped swinging his fist, stood up, and looked at Gao Laobai with a smile. “This won’t do; he’s no match for me!” His lowered hand was covered in blood, dripping onto the ground.
Seeing Xie Wendong’s smile, Gao Laobai’s competitive spirit flared up. He drew a German mountain knife about a foot long, with one side being a blade and the other serrated, from his back and said loudly to Xie Wendong, “I’ll fight you! Do you dare?”
Xie Wendong asked, “What if you lose?”
Gao Laobai sneered, “Hmph! You’re quite confident! Do you think you’ll definitely win?”
Xie Wendong asked again, “What if you lose?”
Gao Laobai glared at him fiercely, “If I lose, you leave!”
Xie Wendong chuckled, “What if I lose?”
“Are you annoying? If you lose, I’ll kill you!”
“That’s a bit unfair, isn’t it? It seems like winning or losing doesn’t affect you at all, right?”
Under Xie Wendong’s intense gaze, Gao Laobai felt his mind go blank. He asked in confusion, “So what do you suggest?”
Xie Wendong smiled as he stared at Gao Laobai and said, “If I lose, I’ll give you my life. You can do whatever you want with it—even make me your underling. But if you lose, you have to agree to one thing, whatever it is!”
One thing? He can’t be trying to… Gao Laobai thought, his face turning red, before nodding and saying, “Okay, I agree!”
Xie Wendong lost his smile and nodded, saying, “Gao Laobai, let’s begin!” He certainly didn’t dare underestimate this young girl before him.
The two slowly approached each other in the arena, eventually stopping and staring at each other, neither daring to attack first. They stood motionless in the arena, but sweat already covered their foreheads. A drop of sweat slid down Xie Wendong’s forehead and into his eye, but he didn’t dare wipe it away—the pressure from this girl made it impossible for him to move. Time seemed to stand still, and the pressure emanating from them made Gao Laobai’s underlings in the room also break into sweat, not daring to breathe.

“My name is Gao Hui Mei!” “Huh?” Gao Lao Da’s unexpected words stunned Xie Wendong. In that moment of confusion, Gao Lao Da stabbed at Xie Wendong’s lower abdomen. By the time he reacted and tried to dodge, it was too late. Instinctively, he grabbed Gao Lao Da’s wrists holding the knife and kept retreating backward until he was pushed against a table behind him.

Gao Lao Da held the knife tightly and thrust it forward. Xie Wendong gripped her wrists firmly, not daring to relax even slightly. The two locked in a stalemate. Xie Wendong gritted his teeth and said, “You’re so vicious…” Gao Lao Da leaned forward and replied, “The same goes for you!”

Xie Wendong shouted loudly and, with a burst of strength, pushed Gao Lao Da’s wrists forward, rolling aside at the same time. Gao Lao Da had focused all her strength on her wrists, losing balance, and her knife pierced into the table behind Xie Wendong. The force was so great that the knife sank half an inch deep, piercing through the table. Xie Wendong thought to himself how lucky he was. Not giving Gao Lao Da a chance to pull out the knife, he kicked her.

With no choice, Gao Lao Da gave up on pulling out the knife and stepped aside. While she could still stand, Xie Wendong rushed over, wrapped his arms around her slender waist, lifted her high, and threw her to the ground with great force. Gao Lao Da let out a muffled groan; her bones seemed to break apart. Now, Xie Wendong didn’t care about propriety anymore. He pounced on her, pressing down on her body as she tried to get up. Gao Lao Da had never been treated so rudely by a man before. With her arms and legs trapped by Xie Wendong, she was furious, her face turning red. She opened her mouth and bit Xie Wendong’s shoulder deeply, almost to the bone. The pain made Xie Wendong almost scream, but he gritted his teeth and used one hand to grab her wrists while pressing her head to the ground with the other. Seeing Gao Lao Da smiling at him with blood all over her mouth, Xie Wendong’s veins bulged with anger.

Without hesitation, Xie Wendong squatted down, placed Gao Lao Da’s soft body on his lap, firmly grabbed her wrists with one hand, and swung the other to slap her buttocks. Gao Lao Da had never suffered such humiliation before and struggled with all her strength. But after all, she was a woman. Though two years older than Xie Wendong, she couldn’t match his strength. She felt her strength fading little by little, but Xie Wendong didn’t stop. She could only accept her fate. “This guy is actually hitting my butt in front of so many people…” Thinking this, Gao Lao Da burst into loud tears like a child.

The crying was so loud it shook heaven and earth, moving even ghosts and gods. Even Xie Wendong felt like a vile scoundrel hearing it. He stopped his hand, gasped for breath, and said loudly, “If you dare stab me with a knife again, I’ll spank you!”
Hearing this, Gao Laodai cried even harder, leaving Xie Wendong at a loss as to what to do—scratching his head and rubbing his face from time to time. Gao Laodai’s men were also stunned, wondering if this was still the same Gao Laodai.
At this point, Xie Wendong had no idea what to do. He wasn’t afraid if Gao Laodai went tough, nor could he be overwhelmed if he tried to be gentle. But the crying had confused him. It’s true that a woman’s most powerful weapon is tears—Xie Wendong believed this deeply, having experienced it firsthand. He sat motionless on the ground while Gao Laodai climbed onto his legs, continuing to cry without any sign of stopping.
Xie Wendong sighed deeply. “Sigh! Stop crying. I was wrong, okay? How about you make me cry instead!” As he spoke, Xie Wendong almost cried himself—feeling even more aggrieved. Gao Laodai cried even louder, turned around, sat on Xie Wendong’s legs, wrapped her arms around his neck, and rested her cheek on his shoulder. “Uuuu~uuu!!”
Xie Wendong felt his shoulder get wet. When he turned his head, he felt dizzy—Gao Laodai’s tears and snot had soaked his shoulder and clothes.
Finally, driven to desperation, Xie Wendong shouted, “Sis, stop crying. Just admit I lost, okay? Kill me or do whatever you want!”
Gao Laodai was also tired from crying and sobbed, “I lost. But I’m not someone who can’t accept defeat. Tell me what to do!”
Xie Wendong felt his head throb. He sighed and said, “All I want is for you to stop crying!”
Gao Laodai felt comfortable leaning on Xie Wendong’s shoulder—besides the scent of a man, it gave her a sense of security. “Why is it wet?” She saw that Xie Wendong’s clothes were soaked from her tears. She lifted her head and moved it to the other shoulder, then said softly, “Is that all your request?”
Xie Wendong nodded. “Yes. The one thing I want most now is for you to stop crying—it’s the deadliest weapon I’ve ever seen!”
Gao Laodai smiled and said, “You’re so mean!”
Xie Wendong looked puzzled. “What’s wrong with me?” Gao Laodai, who was still leaning comfortably on his shoulder, said, “Sis, can you get up? There are many people watching our ‘performance’!”

Upon hearing this, Gao Laodai immediately stood up. Looking around, she saw that everyone was staring at her in shock. Her face turned red as she lowered her head and said, “I’m… I’m sorry! I ruined your clothes!”
Xie Wendong moved his legs, which had gone numb under Gao Laodai’s weight, and stood up, saying, “It’s no big deal. As long as you stop crying, I can give you the clothes.”
Hearing his words, Gao Laodai felt relieved and narrowed her eyes to look at Xie Wendong. Xie Wendong patted the dust off his clothes and asked, “Sis, is your real name Gao Hui Mei?”
Gao Hui Mei nodded and said, “Yes. That’s my real name. You can call me Xiaomei from now on.”
Xie Wendong thought to himself: Gao Laodai’s name is Gao Hui Mei, and that biker girl’s name is Gao Hui Yu. Are they…
Seeing that Xie Wendong was silent, Gao Hui Mei tugged at his sleeve and said, “What are you thinking? Why aren’t you talking? Is my name that strange?”
Xie Wendong immediately shook his head and said, “No, it’s a beautiful name! Do you not hate me anymore?”
Gao Hui Mei replied in a sweet voice, “I never have…” She didn’t finish her sentence and instead lowered her head to fiddle with the hem of her clothes. Her shy demeanor almost made her subordinates’ eyes pop out. They exchanged glances, their eyes conveying the thought: Has the world gone crazy today? Or is it the end of the world? It’s terrifying!
Xie Wendong said, “But there’s one more thing I need to say. One mountain can’t hold two tigers. Sooner or later, one of us has to step down from the stage of No. 1 Middle School.”
These words shocked Gao Hui Mei, who also calmed down. “Do you mean one of us has to quit?”
Xie Wendong said confidently, “I have the ability and strength to stay. I don’t take the Black Dragon Brotherhood seriously, and I also don’t care about your forces…”
Gao Hui Mei interrupted him, “So you don’t care about them either, right?” Xie Wendong smiled and nodded without saying anything.
Gao Hui Mei stared at the man in front of her for a long time before saying, “I’m not someone who gives up easily, but I’m also smart. I know I’m no match for you, but I can’t just leave because of your words!”
Xie Wendong nodded and said, “I’ll prove it to you. Within half a month, I’ll make the Black Dragon Brotherhood dissolve! If I can’t do it, then I’ll leave.” “If you really can do it, then I’ll leave without hesitation too!” No one knew Liu Jinglong’s strength better than Gao Hui Mei, after all, they had fought for so long. She thought Xie Wendong was still young and too arrogant; he would surely suffer at Liu Jinglong’s hands.
“Okay, it’s a deal!” Xie Wendong stretched out his hand toward Gao Hui Mei, who firmly slapped his hand and said, “It’s a deal!”

Xie Wendong smiled at Gao Hui Mei and said, “If that’s the case, then I’ll take my leave. I need to go see my two brothers. Goodbye, Sister Gao!”
Gao Hui Mei nodded, opened her mouth a few times, but ultimately said nothing. Xie Wendong waved his hand and turned to leave the painting room. After stepping outside, he took a deep breath, thinking about the fight with Gao Hui Mei earlier—it was truly… unforgettable! He shook his head, finding his own thoughts ridiculous. Gao Hui Mei wasn’t from his world, and she was the woman of a triad boss, while he was just a small-time thug.
Gao Hui Mei watched Xie Wendong’s retreating figure for a long, long time… before making up her mind—she must conquer this man, no, this boy!
Xie Wendong had just reached halfway down the stairs from the third floor when a large group of people rushed up. Leading them was Sanyan, along with Li Shuang and Gao Qiang, whose faces were covered in bruises. Upon seeing Xie Wendong, they clearly breathed a sigh of relief. Li Shuang asked loudly, “Brother Dong, are… are you okay?”
Xie Wendong’s face was covered in blood, and his shoulder was heavily red.
Xie Wendong glanced at everyone and laughed, “I’m fine. How did Brother Zhang end up here too?” Sanyan examined Xie Wendong carefully and, confirming he was unharmed, said with a smile, “One of your new recruits named Zhang Yanjiang asked me to come. Brother Dong, you should have told me about such an important matter. If something had happened to you… Sigh! This can’t happen again!”
