Chapter 8: Lower Rank Heavenly Soul Immortals

At this moment, Qu Yi’s thoughts were not on finding the Soul Body People; instead, he showed a surprised expression.
“Instrument God, you just said that a battle in the Divine Realm back then caused materials from that realm to fall, thus forming this Meteor Domain Divine Realm?” Qu Yi immediately sent a message back, asking in surprise.
Although he already knew that the Instrument God came from the Divine Realm, Qu Yi still did not know the Instrument God’s true identity or any of his past experiences. Now that the Instrument God had mentioned it himself, Qu Yi quickly pressed further.

“Dragon Emperor, Fire Phoenix, I sense a special aura on this planet. My Soul Flower has been suppressed, and it feels terrible,” Qu Yi asked, his expression displeased.
Instantly, the fourteen alliance leaders around him all showed relieved smiles.
The Dragon Emperor said, “Qu Yi, the Meteor Domain Divine Realm is full of various perils. There are many dangerous places I’ve never been to either. I’ve sensed that aura on this planet too—it indeed affects my Soul Flower. I think we should leave this planet.”
The expressions of the other alliance leaders immediately changed. Some blamed the Dragon Emperor for his reminder. If Qu Yi really left, their plan to seize the divine artifacts from him would be ruined.
“No, what’s there to fear about danger? I have a transcendent artifact. If necessary, I can just use it to leave right away,” Qu Yi declared firmly.
The Dragon Emperor was surprised for a moment before smiling.
The other alliance leaders’ eyes lit up as they realized something. The Dragon Emperor’s words, though seemingly meant to persuade Qu Yi to leave, were actually meant to encourage him to stay determined and head toward the Soul Body People.
“That Dragon Emperor is really cunning,” the alliance leaders thought.

Qu Yi already took off, flying straight toward the source of the aura emitted by the Soul Body People.

“You bunch of alliance leaders, enjoy your triumph now. You think I really fell for it? My divine artifact is indeed great, but since you bastards also want it, you’ll suffer the consequences.” Qu Yi thought calmly as he flew.

Accompanied by the alliance leaders, Qu Yi soon arrived at a region filled with clusters of rocky mountains, where there were at least a hundred thousand natural caves, one on each towering rock.

The auras of the Soul Body people were emanating from a huge cave in front of them—two distinct auras in total.

“Everyone, are you interested in entering this cave with me?” Suddenly, Qu Yi, who was standing at the front, spoke up.

The Dragon Emperor, the Phoenix, and the other alliance leaders were all stunned, clearly not expecting Qu Yi to ask such a thing.

The nine alliance leaders—Chang Xin, Ji Qiong, An Yu, Si Ren, Zhong Lei, Yang Gui, Kong Xu, Yan Shui, and Liu Ying—who had once entered the Ruin Realm Divine World and had come into contact with the Soul Body people, were determined not to fight them.

“Qu Yi, if you want to show off, go in alone. I don’t want to die with you,” the nine alliance leaders replied firmly.

Seeing that the other nine had responded in that way, the three alliance leaders—Sha Xi, Kong Jiu, and Hua Xiu—dared not take the risk either and politely declined Qu Yi’s invitation.

The Dragon Emperor and the Phoenix exchanged glances, reaching a mutual understanding.

“Qu Yi, the Ruin Realm Divine World has just begun. We should let those cultivators at the Yuan Yao or Di Yao level explore the dangerous areas first before making a decision,” the Dragon Emperor said with a smile.

Obviously, with the other twelve alliance leaders watching, neither the Dragon Emperor nor the Phoenix wanted to take risks right away. After all, even if Qu Yi died, the divine artifacts on him would be contested by all fourteen alliance leaders, and neither of them was confident they could obtain one.

These golden figures emitted a strong aura of golden elemental energy, but their soul auras were even more powerful than those of the higher-ranked Heavenly Soul Immortals.
“Strange, where did that Heavenly Soul Immortal go?” asked one of the taller golden soul-bodied beings.
“That guy must have some interdimensional artifact; otherwise, he wouldn’t have escaped silently right under our noses,” said the other angrily.
Soon after, the two soul-bodied beings returned deep into the stone cave.
Inside the Dimensional Sphere, Qu Yi lay on his soft chair, tilting his head as he looked at the Artifact God.
“Artifact God, these two soul-bodied beings have bodies similar to humans, filled with golden elemental energy, just like us cultivators. But their soul auras are extremely strange,” Qu Yi asked calmly.
Earlier, Qu Yi had observed the two soul-bodied beings through the Dimensional Sphere.
“Hehe, Qu Yi, still don’t get it? These two soul-bodied beings are essentially spirit bodies, only more powerful than those created by the stronger Heavenly Soul Immortals. The Artifact God lay on the soft chair, nodding slightly without responding.

For the Five Lords to break through from Six-Star Heavenly Soul Immortals to Lower-Level Heavenly Soul Immortals, they need to form spiritual bodies within the planetary worlds in their bodies. Spiritual bodies possess more intelligence compared to pure energy entities. That means as long as the Five Lords release their soul energy and combine it with the primordial energy of their planetary worlds, they can create spiritual bodies,” Qu Yi said excitedly.

Upon hearing this, the Artifact God was shocked and jumped up from his soft chair, looking at Qu Yi happily.

Over these ten thousand years, the faith power the Five Lords have gained from the cultivation world is sufficient for them to create spiritual bodies of different natures—combat-oriented, gentle, joyful, and more. It depends on how the Five Lords create these spiritual bodies,” the Artifact God said joyfully.

Over ten thousand years, the Five Lords, through the faith power they obtained from the cultivation world, had essentially observed human nature and experienced all kinds of living beings, already understanding many of their characteristics.
