Chapter 008: Chen Xiao’s Skills

“Oh? What, trying to use force?” Chen Xiao looked at the five men surrounding him and showed a strange expression.
This was the campus of the University of Science and Technology—no one could act recklessly here.
“Use force? Just come with us peacefully. Don’t force us to use force,” said the blond guy, placing his hand on Chen Xiao’s shoulder and slapping it hard.
At this moment, students and teachers passing by saw this scene and fled as if avoiding plague.
“Ah, such is human nature,” Chen Xiao said with a smirk. “If I don’t go with you, what can you do to me?”
A sinister smile appeared on Chen Xiao’s lips, and his fists, hanging at his sides, clenched slightly.

Now, Chen Xiao guessed that these people were likely sent by Lin Tianchi.

The five men were stunned. Their eyes turned to the blond guy’s pants. A light yellow liquid was slowly seeping through his originally white jeans, dripping onto the ground like urine.
“Bro Lu, you…” The other four looked at the blond guy in disbelief.

“Our boss has one more thing to say: If you don’t come today, tomorrow he’ll go talk to Qin Mengyao.”
With that, the blond guy signaled his four subordinates to leave.
“Wait!” Chen Xiao’s expression turned icy. That was a blatant threat. An indescribable anger rose in his heart.
“I’ll go with you,” Chen Xiao said, taking a deep breath and keeping a cold expression.
“That’s better,” the blond guy smiled, but then remembered the stains on his pants. He quickly told his subordinates, “Take him to see the boss. It’s best if you all forget about today’s incident.”
After throwing that harsh remark, the blond guy left in a hurry.
“Hahaha… Bro Lu actually wet himself! I can’t stop laughing,” the four men said, unable to hold back their laughter as they watched the blond guy leave.
Chen Xiao didn’t laugh. His expression grew even colder.
Soon, Chen Xiao followed the four men outside the campus.

“Renhe Xing? How come he’s here?” Chen Xiao was surprised upon arriving at the entrance of Renhe Xing Restaurant.
“Haha, our boss knew you guys were having a celebration party tonight, so he didn’t want to waste your time,” said a young man with a backcombed hairstyle among the four, sneering.
In a private room on the third floor of Renhe Xing, seven or eight people were sitting in chairs, smoking. Sitting in the center was Lin Tianchi, the captain of the E-commerce Basketball Team. The table was also filled with dishes, untouched.
“Hey, Brother Chen, you made it,” Lin Tianchi said, still sitting lazily in his chair, looking at Chen Xiao with a mocking expression.

Lin Tianchi took a deep drag from his cigarette and then blew smoke at Chen Xiao. Chen Xiao frowned slightly and tilted his head to the side, but the smoke still reached him.
“Lin Tianchi, I used to admire you, but now… hmph.” Chen Xiao picked up his chopsticks and started eating the dishes on the table as if no one else was around.
“You not only lost the game but also lost face. Lin Tianchi, I despise you,” Chen Xiao said after a while.
All the people in the room, over a dozen in total, showed angry expressions at Chen Xiao’s indifferent attitude.
“Really arrogant!” Lin Tianchi threw his cigarette on the ground angrily. “In all my life, you’re the first person to make me feel this embarrassed!”
On the basketball court that day, Lin Tianchi, who was 1.95 meters tall, had been knocked away by Chen Xiao four times. How could he tolerate this?
